About: I've lived with and owned cats and dogs since I can remember. The last couple years are my first time not owning a pet since losing my 14 year-old Dachshund in 2022. I'm looking to establish and grow local connections and I look forward to the fulfillment I will receive from spending time with, playing with and caring for others' pets! I've taken care of cats, dogs, rodents, and bearded dragons for many years. I'm the go-to person for my friends and family to contact for assistance with grooming, overnight stays, and support or advice when health issues arise or behaviors change. I learned it all by experience and my mom who was a veterinary technician for Dr. Cates and later worked at the Potter League. I currently work full-time in a remote hybrid position. I'm home in Middletown three days out of the five day work week and I'm available weekends. I take pride in the fact my friend's family loves that I leave their home looking like I was never there. I believe in upholding the pets typical schedule regarding walks, going out, play, feedings and medicine if needed.

I have two young daughters one is in school, and the other is home with me and loves animals. I have a huge yard, and live on a very safe street. I have one little cavapoo who’s one year old, and great with other dogs!

I am living in Newport to get my MA at Naval War College for Academic Year 25-26 and will have a flexible schedule, so I am free to give your 4-legged family members the extra potty break/hikes or meanders/snuggles/treats every day! I will treat your pet like one of my own- lots of love and attention. I will need to petsit in your home, since I cannot have animals where I am staying.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with a happy, energetic home full of love and plenty of tail wags! Our family includes four young kiddos and our incredibly patient and gentle 11-year-old dog who’s grown up right alongside them. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pup, and I treat every dog like part of the family. I’m also an avid runner and would be thrilled to give your dog some extra exercise or playtime if they need a little more stimulation throughout the day. Whether it’s a walk, a jog, or just some fenced-in backyard fun, I’m here to help meet your dog’s needs with lots of love and care. I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to meet your dog’s daily needs and offer much attention! My kids also love dogs as well! I have a fenced yard and one dog to keep your pup company. Our dog does not sleep in a crate but we do have one if your dog requires one.

About: I have had many different pets since I was a child, taking care of a lot them. I have watched up to 3 dogs at a time, with ease. Currently I have a dog, cat, and bunny, so I’m well versed in taking care of different animals. On the daily, I have to feed and give water to my cat and bunny. On a more weekly basis, I clean my cat’s litter box and also clean my bunny’s cage. I am attentive to my pet’s ensuring all their needs are taken care of. I love to spend time with them whenever possible, as well.

“Amanda was great!! I set up a last minute visit and was so happy she was available. I feel as though my cat baby was well taken care of. I will definitely use Amanda again ?”

About: I have always been around dogs since I was born, whether it be pets of friends, neighbors, or my own. I have had countless experiences with cats as well through friends and family, and know how to entertain, walk, feed, and connect with furry friends of all sizes. I love to maintain an active lifestyle, and will always try to compete with your pet to see who has the most energy, but if they are more laid back, I can assure you that your pet will receive plenty of love! I love animals and being around them, and I know what it is like to leave a pet in someone else's care. Your pet's well-being is my top priority! I am currently taking a gap year between college and post-grad opportunities. I have availability on most days from early morning to around 5:00 pm. If needed, I am open to late nights as well, as long as I am asked in advance. I can't wait to meet your furry companion! I love pets! I like to make the most of my time and maintain an active lifestyle, and hope to engage in activities such as walking, playing, and simply just spending time with your pets. However, I also enjoy a more chill cuddle or lazy day. I am very patient and considerate and am good at adjusting to my environment. I currently do not have my own, but am familiar with being around and caring for animals in their own homes, and am very understanding of any rules an individual may have when it comes to their furry friend. My main priority is the well-being of your pet, and making sure they are as comfortable and have as much fun as possible!

“Christine was fantastic with our cats! Not only super attentive and patient with them, but very communicative while we were away. Her detailed messages gave us peace of mind and we loved getting her photo updates. Overall loved having Christine while we were away and would 100% recommend her. About: I have owned and helped care for dogs of all sizes and ages, and am experienced with puppies, high-energy dogs, and dogs with trust issues. As a pet parent I have worked with dog trainers and behavior specialists and believe I connect easily and quickly when meeting new dogs. I love spending time outdoors with them to help release energy! I also grew up in a household with cats and am very familiar with caring for them as well. I work remotely most days and can typically adjust my regular schedule to accommodate sitting or walking requests if we are able to plan at least a week in advance. If not, I will still do my best to meet you and your pets’ needs. It is important to me that pets feels comfortable and relaxed in their own home while their parent is away, and I try to go the extra mile to make sure routines and special preferences are always adhered to. I realize some pets will feel very confused with a new person in their territory, and do everything I can to ensure the other pieces of their home life flow as normally and comfortably as possible.

About: I trained my dog Moose 100% myself. He plays well with other dogs and we go for walks 3 times a day. He has experience bunking with other dogs, as we watch over a rescue named Coco from time to time. Morning walk and breakfast, then I go to work and come home around lunch time for a walk, then after work walk and dinner. Even when its raining we will play games around the house Lots of attention, exercise and love. I follow directions very well and can give special care if needed for certain diets or ailments. Plus my dog Moose loves friends.

“Erin was great! Seemed to make fast friends with my (somewhat choosey) cat friend and hung around to keep her company beyond brass tacks on visits. Rover doesn't make it easy to filter for folks with experience with injectable meds or diabetes -- We really hit the jackpot!”
