About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I’ve grown up with both and have been trusted by friends and family to look after their own pets. I am a DI collegiate athlete so I love getting out and going on runs and walks and playing with pets! I am currently unemployed, but still in summer training, so I have plenty of time in my day to play, walk, and take care of your pets! I am available in the mornings until 3pm. And I am available all day on weekends after 11am I am very respectful to client’s homes and will make sure the keep the place orderly while looking over your beloved pet! I am very aware and attentive to my surroundings on walks and to pets behaviors, so you can trust that your dog is in safe hands with me! I am very familiar with cats, both cuddly and not independent, and I am very patient and will always treat your pets with care and respect!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, you name it! My smallest dog ever was a chihuahua and my largest is a cane corso. My home was also a foster home and we had many litters of puppies and kittens come through on their way to their forever families! I work full time so I am primarily available on weekends, but I do work from home once a week if you need a last minute walk or check in on a pet! I am happy to take your pet outside, feed them, play with them, go for a walk or to get some exercise! I am unable to take them in my home but happy to work with you to fit you and your pet’s needs.

About: Although I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to caring for pets. I've provided pet sitting and drop-in care for friends and friends of friends, giving me experience with dogs and cats of different personalities, routines, and energy levels. “Ixia was absolutely wonderful with our Pointer/Pit mix, Crimson. This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. (We had to take a trip out of state on short notice.) From the get-go, Ixia was very professional and attentive during our phone consultation - taking notes, checking details, learning the little intricacies of Crimson's routines. Crimson also has a torn ACL, so special care has to be taken during daily activities to ensure the injury doesn't worsen. Ixia was very reliable, responsive, and communicative with us the entire time. She was on time for every visit, sent us pictures of our pup, played with her, spent lots of time in the yard, and even went above and beyond to accommodate some extra drop-ins we hadn't originally planned. We were very impressed and thankful for the loving care that she provided our animals and by her professionalism and communication. 11/10 recommend, and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. About: I’ve always taken a special interest in animal care. I have over 20 years experience taking care of various types of pets ranging from rats to large dogs. I have worked as the lead canine educator for Petsmart as well as a sitter for friends and family. I’m new to Rover but not to pet care. I love being able to give pet parents the peace of mind knowing that their pet is safe and getting the care they need with me. I am only self employed otherwise and I enjoy working schedules that allow me flexibility to have a good work/life balance. I am able to schedule pet care around my other responsibilities. I have indoor cats. I advocate for all cats to be indoor. I do not plan on watching pets in my own home. I would prefer clients have a fence but I’m comfortable with pets on a leash.

About: Experience with multiple dogs and cats at a time. As well as caring for puppies and older dogs and cats. Growing up we always had at least 1 pet but would usually find ourselves with multiple at a time I work Monday to Thursday during the days so I am available for drop ins later on those days. My weekends are free for drop ins and overnights Your pets safety is always the top priority wether that’s outside or before I leave. They will always be left in a designated area if they have one as well as have water accessible at all times
