About: I’ve always taken a special interest in animal care. I have over 20 years experience taking care of various types of pets ranging from rats to large dogs. I have worked as the lead canine educator for Petsmart as well as a sitter for friends and family. I’m new to Rover but not to pet care. I love being able to give pet parents the peace of mind knowing that their pet is safe and getting the care they need with me. I am only self employed otherwise and I enjoy working schedules that allow me flexibility to have a good work/life balance. I am able to schedule pet care around my other responsibilities. I have indoor cats. I advocate for all cats to be indoor. I do not plan on watching pets in my own home. I would prefer clients have a fence but I’m comfortable with pets on a leash.
“Cassidy was great taking care of our little boy rook. You got constant updates with photos and he appeared to be having time of his life playing ball outside like we usually do. She gave us updates on everything you did by a phone message along with all the pictures and the videos that she sent. We had never left a little boy alone before because he always came with us and we were always concerned about leaving him with somebody else without us. Definitely have good faith in Rover right now and will you be using them again. Have another upcoming trip planned and you should be able to stay at our house taking care of rook for in about 2 to 3 days.”
“Ixia was absolutely wonderful with our Pointer/Pit mix, Crimson. This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog for an extended period of time. (We had to take a trip out of state on short notice.) From the get-go, Ixia was very professional and attentive during our phone consultation - taking notes, checking details, learning the little intricacies of Crimson's routines. Crimson also has a torn ACL, so special care has to be taken during daily activities to ensure the injury doesn't worsen. Ixia was very reliable, responsive, and communicative with us the entire time. She was on time for every visit, sent us pictures of our pup, played with her, spent lots of time in the yard, and even went above and beyond to accommodate some extra drop-ins we hadn't originally planned. We were very impressed and thankful for the loving care that she provided our animals and by her professionalism and communication. 11/10 recommend, and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future. About: My own dogs have lived a wonderful life. They know their boundaries and are spoken to with love and affection. I give them plenty of exercise and am sensitive to their safety and comfort (especially in the heat of summer). As of June 13th I'm on summer vacation from work. I'm totally flexible until September. Other than a few appointments, I'm available for your pet needs. I live in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, perfect for dog walking. I have a huge yard. If I want a fenced yard, my daughter lives down the street with the perfect private back yard.
About: My entire life I have had a plethora of pets, from dogs and cats to birds and rats. I am an animal lover of all shapes, sounds, and sizes and I will strive to make sure that your pet feels the same love and affection that I show towards my own! 🐱🐶 I work a full-time job as a daycare teacher every weekday from 8:30am-5pm, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t have time for your loving pet! I am available any weekday you need me after 5pm for evening walks, some feeding time, and maybe even an extra treat or two! I also hold open availability on weekends for pet sitting, walks, feedings, and anything you may need! When being in my clients home I vow to hold respect and carefulness. It is not my home and I will treat it as such, with that being said I am comfortable doing any task the owner has set for me to perform within the home!
About: Family, friends, neighbors, pretty much everyone I grew up around have all had pets growing up Ive been surrounded by them and loved them my whole life. Im currently working a part time postion while still in online college courses so I will have plently of time on my hands to cater to your furry friends needs. About: I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have grown accustomed to a range of feeding, walking, grooming and play schedules and also have experience administering medication. I can handle dogs around other pets, acting to keep everyone involved comfortable and safe. I have lots of free time after classes and only a part time work schedule in the summer. I am able to make time morning, afternoon and night! Until August 15th, I will be living with two roommates. One of which have a cat and a dog who are very friendly. I aim to keep boarding to a minimum until I move into my new space where I will have a lot more room and there would be no. concern with pets interacting and living with other pets that they do not know.
