“Kim took fantastic care of our 2 year old rescue cat Bob when we were away for 3 days. He is an extremely shy boy who only likes hanging out with his two closest people, but Kim won his trust from the very first time she met him. Kim stayed with Bob throughout the day at our house, providing him with quiet companionship, plenty of playtime and treats, carefully provided meals, and kept his surroundings spic and span. Kim is also an excellent house guest - very accommodating of our requests and rules, and left our home exactly as it was when we left for our break. Kim also communicated very well with us leading up to the stay, and during the stay she provided us with plenty of pictures, detailed updates, and check ins and at the beginning and end of the reservation. We highly recommend Kim to cat parents out there, and Bob can’t wait to hang out with her again! Thank you Kim!”

About: Currently have two large golden retrievers at home that I walk multiple times a day on my own. Love playing fetch, walking on the beach or trails nearby. About: I've had animals in my life since I was 1! I've always had dogs, cats, birds, and small animals in my home. I've trained 3 of my own dogs. I've also trained horses and farm sat. Comfortable with animals of every size and most dispositions. Happy to tackle medications and baths. My daughter just started preschool so I'm transitioning out of the 'stay at home mom' portion of my life. Her current schedule makes returning to my prior career difficult so I thought I would try and make some animal friends to fill my quickly emptying best for the next two years as she transitions to full time big kid school I do not have a fenced in yard but I have a long lead and love across the street from Jamiels park and a block from the east bay bike path and town dog park. If your dog is comfortable with other dogs I am happy to take them in my home. If not, I would love to provide care at your home or take them for enriching walks

About: I treat your dogs like they're my own. We go for walks at parks, trails, and anywhere that will allow dogs. I have worked in the animal field for 11 years and have lots of experience walking and handling all different size and breeds of dogs. I have worked at animal shelters (Potter League, Forever Paws Animal Shelter) i have worked at boarding/training kennels, vet clinics and other rescue organizations. I have helped train dogs, groom, and provide medical care for dogs and cats if needed. I am comfortable with giving medicine including insulin shots if needed for your pet. I am currently a part time professional responder for the ASPCA. This job consists of traveling to wherever is needed for animal care. I helped with forensic exams, Medicated injured and sick animals, bathed, walked, assisted in emergency shelter set up. It’s a different type of job because you never know what cruelty or disaster situation you’re going to end up at. I started out helping with the Westport MA farming hoarding case where I gained farm animal experience. I went to help out after the hurricane disaster in ST. Croix which was any animals that needed assistance. I’ve helped with cock fighting cases where they take the roosters from a horrible life and provide shelter, medication, and daily care. I’ve also been to different temporary shelters where dogs have come from hoarding or dog fighting cases. Some of the injury’s on those dogs were extremely severe. It’s an amazing and rewarding job

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 8. I love being outdoors walking/hiking, but my passion is animals, it is truly what brings me peace and happiness in life. I do treat my pets like children and I have been known to run in the road to save a turtle. Every animal big or small deserves kindness and compassion. We had dogs, cats, fish, chickens, hamsters, bearded dragons, mice, lizards, turtles, hermit crabs and much more. My love for animals definetly began as a child with my mom adopting senior cats. My step father was in the K-9 unit for the state police and handled training. I have a Chihuahua (Charlie) and a cat (Winston). They are what gets me up in the morning. I previously owned a Belgian Malinois so I have experience with small and large breeds. I do have experience with fish, reptiles and small animals as well. I am currently working from home doing government contracts and have flexible hours. I am currently available any day besides Wednesday for walking/drop in visits. When I signed up for Rover for my own animals, the biggest concern I had was finding somebody who would treat them as good as I would. I am definetly the person who treats their animals as children. I understand this is a leap of faith. I know trust, professionalism and privacy are very important. I am doing this for extra income but also for my own happiness. Animals are my passion and what brings me joy in life.

About: Ive had 7 different species of animals in my life and have a wide range of care knowledge. It would make my life more enjoyable to train and take care of a/n animal or animals I will have some obligations as I am currently in college and have classes, feel free to reach out and ask what my specific schedule is. I am most available Friday through Tuesday, but have breaks in-between classes on Thursdays I could work during. A out of the blue request does have a chance of being accepted if you are willing to move around the schedule you would like just a little bit.
