Very exceptional level of genuine care, the family loves pets as their own, and she took him on a special trip through nature with lots of messages and pictures. Buttermilk is a bit sensitive so we can tell when others are not patient with him when he comes home upset. Not with Svitlana, we couldn’t have asked or planned it better seeing our furbaby happy and safe. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and give the highest recommendation possible.
