About: As soon as I left NYC, I got my first Bernese Mtn dog and since then (many many years) i have been the Mom to many Berners, Cairn Terriers and Mutts - old and young. Senior dogs are one of my specialties as I have a 12 yr old Berner and an 11 year old Cairn and a rowdy 2 year old Mutt. Happy to administer meds , go for walks, play ball or listen to music while I give a dog massage. I am the Producer & Editor of a film, Stetson, Street Dog of Park City, about a stray pup living on the street in Park City Utah. There is a happy ending on Christmas Eve he is adopted by a Ski Patrol and becomes a ski rescue dog. Take a look at our promo clip on Wikipedia under Stetson, Street Dog of Park City. So, now you know how much I am a dog person. Today, I have lots of pets am in excellent health and I want to continue my connection with some furry friends. I am looking for dogs and cats who need an experienced, responsible, fun lady for a walk, a playdate or just a visit to make sure they are ok and not alone for too long. Each pup is different and that's what makes it so much fun. I probably need to be careful introducing a strange dog to my mutt - so we will have to say "Not really a good idea yet."

“Josh was great! He was always on time and my dog loved him. He took my dog on energetic walks and my dog always came home tired. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dog walker.”

About: Currently have two large golden retrievers at home that I walk multiple times a day on my own. Love playing fetch, walking on the beach or trails nearby. Since I work from home, pet care is seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. I’m always available to provide care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. I make sure to stick to your pet’s feeding and walking schedule, and I can offer frequent playtime or mental stimulation to keep them engaged. Because I’m home all day, I can give your pet plenty of personal attention, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved. I also have the flexibility to accommodate any special needs or last-minute requests. Whether it’s taking a midday walk, administering medication, or just spending time together, I can easily adjust my schedule to ensure your pet’s needs are met throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my top priority is their safety, comfort, and well-being. I maintain their usual routine, including feeding, walking, and playtime. I ensure their environment is secure, free from hazards, and comforting. I also provide plenty of mental stimulation and physical exercise, whether through walks or interactive play. I monitor their health closely, and if anything seems off, I communicate immediately with the owner. Regular updates through photos or messages keep owners reassured. Above all, I offer affection and companionship to make sure pets feel loved and relaxed while their owners are away.

“Emma is always in time, patient and loving with rocky. He adores her! It’s great to have someone love our pup as much as we do! Definitely recommend Emma to everyone”

About: I've had all types of animals growing up. From small critters to dogs. Currently own 2 cats named Sasha and Coco, chickens and have 3 freshwater fish tanks. I've house/pet sit for friends over the years. I have pretty good flexibility everyday for short visits > 2 hours. I have two young children in school so depending on time frame one might have to accompany me but if not needed I can work around it. My cats are pretty self sufficient as cats are but they are fed every morning and evening and get treats. They are indoor cats aged 7 and 8. I feed fish daily and do water changes once a week as Maintenance. Chickens are a bit more daily maintenance with cleaning out coop everyday and filling water and feeder but it's rewarding (especially with getting eggs)

“Showed up on time and my dog loved him which tells me all I need to know!! Highly recommend ?”

“Lisa is a very kind, gentle person who we hired to walk our dog, Rico, 5x (30 min ea walk) during our honeymoon. When we got the first couple of doggie report cards, Lisa had only walked rico 0.5ish miles. I was disappointed because I had hoped a 30 min walk would be closer to 1.5 miles. I spoke with Lisa about this and his next walks were 1 mile. It may be my own fault for not specifying that I wanted the emphasis of her 30min time blocks to be actually walking, vs playing with toys or brushing him, which are perfectly nice things to do but not for such a high energy dog like ours. Overall, our dog is alive and happy. Lisa fed our cat for free and helped coordinate visits/feedings with my family, who was also helping care for the pets. Some of the report cards showed that Lisa had spent 45 mins with Rico while only being payed for the 30, which I thought was very generous.”

“I utilized Lynne for daily walks/checkins for my dog while I was at work. Lynne was beyond amazing. She was reliable and flexible with my schedule, I always knew I could count on her. My dog is older and has some health issues and limitations, Lynne was great at taking these into consideration when caring for Neela. She was very gentle and patient, and Neela loved her for it. I highly recommend Lynne and the services she provides.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for about five years. My girl loves hiking and long walks. I love taking pups on long walks to tire them out!! I am currently going to school with a pretty open schedule. Looking for odd jobs to fill in the gaps and make a little bit on the side. I have a friendly fixed female who is crate trained. I also have a fenced in yard but prefer walks around the block with pups.

“Great! Lenny loved Tara.”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 8. I love being outdoors walking/hiking, but my passion is animals, it is truly what brings me peace and happiness in life. I do treat my pets like children and I have been known to run in the road to save a turtle. Every animal big or small deserves kindness and compassion. We had dogs, cats, fish, chickens, hamsters, bearded dragons, mice, lizards, turtles, hermit crabs and much more. My love for animals definetly began as a child with my mom adopting senior cats. My step father was in the K-9 unit for the state police and handled training. I have a Chihuahua (Charlie) and a cat (Winston). They are what gets me up in the morning. I previously owned a Belgian Malinois so I have experience with small and large breeds. I do have experience with fish, reptiles and small animals as well. I am currently working from home doing government contracts and have flexible hours. I am currently available any day besides Wednesday for walking/drop in visits. When I signed up for Rover for my own animals, the biggest concern I had was finding somebody who would treat them as good as I would. I am definetly the person who treats their animals as children. I understand this is a leap of faith. I know trust, professionalism and privacy are very important. I am doing this for extra income but also for my own happiness. Animals are my passion and what brings me joy in life.

“What a wonderful person, my dog would go home with her if he could.”

“OMG Anna is the BEST. I hate to even leave a review because then she may not be available to me anymore when she gets too popular! She's responsible, kind, very hands on and has been SO extra flexible with all the ups and downs with my life. My dog adores her and Anna always does exactly what she says she will. Couldn't recommend her more highly.”

“This is my 2nd review of Danielle, because she is the absolute BEST!! So patient and understanding with both my husky and my personal situation. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter!”
