About: I love taking care of cats because of their individualized personalities and how comforting their presence is. My roommate of two years has a cat with a urinary condition who I have watched over on multiple occasions, giving him his medication, cleaning his litter and feeding him twice a day. I have been cat sitting for clients who are only away during the day or for prolonged vacations for about 4 years. I like to sit near the cats I’m watching and do my own thing to show them that I’m not a threat to their space and allow them to come to me. I also love to play with mouse or string toys with cats :)

“Kimberly has been and continues to be an amazing help to me and my partner with our 8 month old Great Dane puppy. We require doggie day care services about 2x/ a week due to my partner and I's work schedule. Our puppy Watson cannot wait to get to Kimberly's house in the morning when I get him in the car. Once I get past the old Benny's, he starts running back and forth throughout my car with excitement and tail wagging, which has almost caused a few accidents. He is jumping at the passenger door to get out of my car before I pull in to Kimberly's driveway. I pretty much no longer exist to my puppy when we get to Kimberly's. He is so excited to see either Kimberly, or her mother Pam who also helps out with doggie daycare. Both Kim and Pam give my puppy Watson all the love he deserves while I work to pay for his many cups of dog food. Watson is very tired when he gets home from Kim's after playing with other dogs and puppies all day long. I feel so content knowing Watson is with Kim when I am busy at work. Kimberly is extremely accommodating. My work requires travel, events, and trainings that I am required to go and sometimes the hours I need someone to watch Watson vary, and Kim has always been able to accommodate my crazy schedule. She is so kind, sweet and generous, I appreciate her services more than she will ever know. We are going away to Costa Rica for vacation in a few weeks and Watson will be staying with Kim. I have absolutely no concerns with Watson's care while we are away. I know that he will receive the absolute best care and have tons of fun while with Kim. Thank you so much Kim!!!!!”

About: I have over 20 years experience with pet care, including bunnies. I have cared for dogs of all ages and sizes and have a large number of families who I work with on a regular basis. In-home overnight stays would include a minimum of three 20-30 minute walks daily depending on the health/age of the dog. You would also have the comfort of knowing that your home is secure and that details such as mail monitoring and plant care are being tended to. I have a fairly flexible schedule in the winter months- I am almost always available. In the spring/summer, my work schedule tends to get busier, but I still have availability. It just changes on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. During these months, I have more availability for daily walks/visits. My in-home overnight care would be limited to pets who don't have health issues or the need for frequent potty breaks. I would like to emphasize that drop-in visits are for cats/small pets only. I don't offer care in my own home. As for care in your home, I would like to meet in advance to go over any specifics you have about the house and your pet's routine.

We’ve always had a full house with dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, guinea pigs, chickens, and even a macaw. I have experience with senior dogs that require extra care as I have one of my own. Most of my pets have been rescues and I was able to use those skills to break bad, destructive habits that could’ve resulted in injury. My dogs are crate trained and my pets typically spend their nights in their designated areas. In the mornings everyone is opened, greeted with many pets and kisses, and fed. The dogs are walked and trained for a bit before my departure. I make sure to leave a few brain engaging toys/ treats while gone for the day. Once I return, the process is repeated with a longer evening walk and extra cuddle time. My senior dog required a bit more attention with daily injections and a specific diet. I am sure I would take care of your pet with the same care and love I give my pets.
