My only advice would for Maria and Victoria would be to communicate ahead of time which one of you is going to be taking the job. Since all of the reviews mention Victoria, I was surprised when Maria showed up for the meet and greet with no prior mention.
Sophie took excellent care of my two kitties! She provided great updates and lots of photos. I appreciated how receptive she was to all of my tips and tricks for warming up my shy kitty, and he started coming out for her! When I returned the house was nice and clean as I had left it.
