While being outside (in the yard or on walks) I ensure that the yard is properly closed off and/or they are wearing the proper gear for the selected activity. About: My family describes me as the dog whisperer! I grew up with two Malteses; one from puppy-hood and the other, adopted in his elder years. I work full time on a hybrid work-from-home schedule with every Wednesday and Friday at home. With a flexible schedule, I will be accessible for your dog. My house has a fenced in patio and unfenced small yard. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to downtown Amesbury and Lake Gardner. I know that pets are a true part of your family and I will protect and care for your dog as if it were my own.

About: I have owned pets my whole life. They have a piece of my heart even if I don’t own them. I sit for my family’s and friends pets when they are away. They are loved and well cared for with all that I have to give. I am currently working full time. I am available at night after 4 and on the weekends. About: I’ve been pet-sitting for over 20 years! Neighbors, colleagues, family, and friends have relied on me to look after their pets during long and short intervals. Every pet parent knows what it’s like to need an extra hand with their pets, whether it’s an extra check-in or potty break for senior dogs and cats, to some couch time spent with them during a long trip. I like to make sure people come home to a happy pet and that they feel reassured of their pets’ safety and comfort while they’re away! I’m not working during the summer, which means I’m free anytime to spend quality time with your pets. I’m an early riser! Always happy to get a walk in before the sun heats everything up. From September to June I work in an elementary school, which leaves me with a lot of flexible time to walk dogs, cuddle cats, bring in the mail, water the plants, and anything else you need! I will take care of your pets and your home as if they were my own. That means safety is always my top priority for your creatures and your house. I will respect the rules of your house, and do my best to alleviate any concerns you have about being away- frequent check-ins, photo updates, etc. My goal is to provide maximum peace of mind for my clients.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young, but never got the opportunity to own one myself. I do have experience with dogs, including aggressive ones, anxious ones, seniors, and puppies. I’ve been trained on animal behavior and know how to correct inappropriate behavior. I worked full time at a pet board and daycare so I promise I understand dogs! I’m currently out of work due to some personal matters, but I am more than physically fit to take care of animals. I am pregnant and due in January, but that doesn’t stop me from being active! I currently do not offer pet care in my own home, but I do offer in-home pet care. Depending on your pet’s personality and their personal requirements I can pill pop medication, but I don’t do injectables. I can also bathe them if that is something you’re interested in. I do ask that if you have a reactive dog that you provide your own materials, whether it be a certain leash, collar, and/or muzzle while on a walk or during baths. Anything to make your pet more comfortable while in my care.

About: Fostered 10 different dog breeds with Last Hope K9 whom were successfully adopted. Trained with several volunteers to learn how to care for the dogs in our house.
