Versatile in a variety of animals!
Hello, my name is McKenzie, I’ve been taking care of a variety of animals since I was at a young age for friends and family. I’ve been working with rover for a while, but I had to take a break as I became a mom so now I’m looking to get back into the pet sitting industry! I’m well knowledgeable in the “exotic animals” in addition to dogs and cats. I personally have two large dogs (pitbull/Staffordshire Bull Terrier) , and four reptiles at the moment but I’ve had rodents and fish as well. I know how to handle and care for elderly animals, as well as animals in need for special prescriptions. I’d love to be of help for your fur family!

Safety, trust & environment
While in your home and your pets usual environment, I will do as you specify, which include walking needs, possible crate housing (if that is your choice,) feeding times, bathing routine, etc. I believe animals thrive on structure, and schedules, I will treat your babies just as I treat my own, with love and respect.

McKenzie was great! My dogs were very happy to hang out with her for the weekend. Communicated a lot, sent pictures and handled both of my dogs very well. Will definitely be booking again!

McKenzie was awesome! This was our first time with McKenzie and our first trip after having adopted 2 new rescues a few months ago. We wanted to keep "the boys" at home in a familiar environment because they're still settling in. McKenzie stayed at our home and visited prior to our trip so we'd all meet and be comfortable. She immediately made us feel comfortable in her abilities and proved we were right in our decision when our little "Houdini" found a loophole in the fence. McKenzie remained calm and was immediately able to get Snoop back home without issue and let us know right away. She's amazing, unflappable and "the boys" love her! Thank you McKenzie! We can now travel worry free!

Schedule
I am currently a college student and I had a baby last year so I can be extra flexible as long as you’re okay with me having a mini partner around. I can stay overnight as well as stop by day to day when needed depending on your animals needs.
