While being outside (in the yard or on walks) I ensure that the yard is properly closed off and/or they are wearing the proper gear for the selected activity. I make sure to abide by any food restrictions and that no other dogs or people come in contact with your animal for everyone’s safety.

I’m so unbelievably grateful for Courtney as she took such great care of my boys! I very suddenly had a family member pass away and needed to leave town for the services without much notice. Despite the short notice, Courtney was able to accommodate my request and a couple of last minute changes to the schedule. Her communication throughout the entire experience was amazing. This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous to have someone else taking care of my two dogs. Those nerves quickly went away as soon as my boys met her, they absolutely loved her! The pictures showed me that my dogs were having a wonderful time with her. They were both fed exactly as instructed and they always had fresh water. Kathilin did a great job checking on my dogs while we were away for the day. She was on time for the scheduled visits and made sure they got outside and had fresh water and were confront able before she left. She sent detailed notes about the visits and shared photos. I feel really comfortable leaving my dogs in her care and have booked her again for a week long stay while we travel.
