I’m so unbelievably grateful for Courtney as she took such great care of my boys! I very suddenly had a family member pass away and needed to leave town for the services without much notice. Despite the short notice, Courtney was able to accommodate my request and a couple of last minute changes to the schedule. Her communication throughout the entire experience was amazing. Kathilin did a great job checking on my dogs while we were away for the day. She was on time for the scheduled visits and made sure they got outside and had fresh water and were confront able before she left. She sent detailed notes about the visits and shared photos.
