He even offered more support for the animals for an extended period when my travel was impacted by the snow. About: I’ve grown up with cats for as long as I can remember. Cleaning litter boxes and figuring out the perfect wet-to-dry food ratio for meals is practically second nature to me! About: I love animals and I’ve always had pets. In 2020, when work went online, I started doing a lot of dog sitting and dog walking. I have experience with lots of different breeds and different needs. I currently have a senior dog, Bailey, who is an absolute angel. Bailey has some health issues so I have lots of experience with dogs who may have specialized diets or need medications. My daughter has an Australian shepherd, so I also have experience with dogs who may need some more structure when you are away. On top of dog care, I have experience with most other pets (cats, fish, gerbils, bunnies, guinea pigs, birds and even geckos) so if you have any other pets who need some care while you are away, I am able to. I am an assistant teacher, so during the school year, I follow the schools calendar but during the summer I am completely free. During the school year, I am able to care for your dog before and after the school day and always have weekends and federal holidays off if you are going away for a long weekend. During the summer, I’m very flexible with my time, and can easily help walk and care for pets, when you are busy at work or doing other things. I love animals and will make sure they get the best care possible! I will make sure they’re happy and well taken care of at all times. About: We believe in caring for dogs’ emotional needs as much as their physical ones. That means lots of attention, playtime, and a calm, structured environment. We host one guest dog at a time (or a bonded pair) to ensure each pup receives personalized care and feels at home. With work-from-home adults and a large fenced backyard, your dog will have plenty of human interaction, room to roam, and time to relax indoors with our friendly labradoodle, Penny. We also enjoy taking 1–2 walks a day (sometimes more!) and welcome visiting dogs to join if they'd like — though we understand some prefer to stay home and chill. We've raised two doodle puppies ourselves and are happy to care for your puppy too! We work from home and rarely have commitments that take us out for more than a few hours. Penny keeps us on a healthy routine, and we truly enjoy how dogs get us outside and moving — it’s good for everyone! “Kat was phenomenal. She watched our dog for about a week during a winter snowstorm while we were away. She played with our dog (husky) in the snow and gave her lots of love and care throughout the day. We came home to a happy, relaxed dog. She also sent us pictures and updates every day and followed instructions on pet care. She was great!”
