I like to know their typical eating/potty break/sleep schedule so I can adhere to it and keep them comfortable. A typical day
My dog-sitting style is based on the dog and their needs. If they have high energy and need lots of playtime and exercise that is how I will focus my time. If the dog is not so high energy, I will focus my time cuddling them, slower walks and attending to any other needs they may have. I will follow any and all instructions from the owner. Experienced with administering medicine and behaviorally unpredictable pups. I'm comfortable with puppies in training all the way up to senior care, tiny Maltese all the way up to Great Danes! I'm experienced in administering medicine both orally and intramuscular injection if necessary. Adhering to their normal schedule and usual activities is how I do my best to keep pets calm and comfortable while you're away! After almost 15 years of caring for pets I’ve gained a heightened awareness of dog behaviors and quick ability to pick up on individual animal's unique mannerisms - this allows me to connect easily with new clients and create a lasting bond with most animals. I've learned to adapt to new personalities very quickly, and I will always follow your directions in order to provide your pup with the best possible experience. I am very comfortable around dogs of all sizes, age, breed and ability. Many of my clients have pointed out how my calm demeanor brings out the best behavior in their fur babies and are often amazed how quickly we warm up to each other. My family and I are huge animal and nature lovers!
