She provided the friendliest and safest home away from home we could ever wish for our pup. Xiaofan went above and beyond in every respect. Also, she is so very kind, and so generous with her time and energy, and she really got to know Sam! Our pup got lots of attention and exercise. And Xiaofan kept us updated with a steady stream of pictures and text messages. I was really hesitant to board my dog with anyone for 4 days. My dog, Douglas, can be a handful, and he hasn’t been allowed to be part of his daycare group, because we’ve told that he’s “too aggressive in his play.” Of course, this breaks my heart, and, naturally, I’m very hesitant to put him in any situation where there’s potential for injury. Donnie had such incredible reviews on Rover and he seemed like our best shot at being able to handle Doug without any issues. We did a meet-and-greet with Donnie, and by the time we left, any concerns we had with boarding Doug went away. Donnie was warm, welcoming, patient, and really kind. It helped that Doug loved him (and the ladies working with him). Donnie was really positive and confident that he could take care of Doug however he needed. Doug’s medications were administered as necessary, and he had comfortable accommodations (Doug is 90 lbs, so that can be a challenge!). Donnie was kind enough to give me photos and video of Doug, as well. Donnie is also a very experienced, successful dog trainer and he took time to help us learn how to teach Doug to walk on a leash properly. I watched Donnie, within 5 minutes, teach Doug how to stay next to him while walking on a leash. It was incredible. He was also gracious enough to let us borrow a leather leash for us to practice what he taught us on how to maintain control of Doug while walking. Additionally, Donnie offers free dog walking classes on Sundays, which I will definitely be attending moving forward. All I can say is, do yourselves and your dogs a favor and work with Donnie! He’ll be my go-to always.
Alfredo loved hanging out with Jessica and her family, and cannot wait to go back for another stay! Jessica kept in close communication with delightful photos and videos. She handled situations that popped up with grace while keeping us informed. I felt so comfortable with him in her care

She is very communicative, sends pictures while your pup is staying with her along with any updates on the shenanigans going on while staying with her. My dog assimilated well with her host pack and I would HIGHLY recommend her if you need daycare, training or boarding. Camila and Michael were amazing hosts to my bunny, Lilah!! They took such great care of her, giving her tons of attention and sending me pictures, and managed her twice a day medications. Camila had great and consistent communication with me and was very easy to work with and I'll definitely book with her again!
Cassandra was an excellent sitter for my two my cats. She was attentive, diligent, and clearly cared about their well-being. When my flight was delayed, she went above and beyond by keeping them for an extra two nights without any issues, which was a huge relief. I was nervous about leaving my dog, Leo, with strangers because he's very nervous and had never been around woth strangers before. It was our first time. But when we met Deante and his wife, he gave us a lot of confidence and security. Even though Leo stayed only for one night, Deante was very communicative and attentive to Leo.
