About: I have 2 dogs at home who I’ve been helping take care of since I was 5. I love learning about different kinds of dog breeds! I just moved to Salem after graduating from Salem State University. I live close to downtown and love going on walks. Right now I have a lot of availability in the mornings and late afternoons. I love to run around and play with pets! I also love sitting and relaxing with pets. I’m good at following a set of rules and schedules. I live in an apartment with 3 roommates who are also animal lovers.

“Bianca was an amazing house sitter for us. She showed our pets the utmost care, sent photos, and kept us updated. She's also very friendly and fun to talk to. She was also punctual, which is very important. We feel very comfortable calling her for our next house sitting!”

About: Although at this moment I am a cat mom, I had a family dog since I was 5 years old I walked, fed and medicated, and I frequently dropped into my neighborhood houses when needed to feed and play with their dogs while on they were away. I have voluntereed at 2 different shlters beofre, taking care of both cats and dogs. Although small, I am strong and can handle medium and large sized dogs with relative ease, even energetic ones. I have the stamina to do longer walks if needed, and will feed, water and, if needed, give medication accurately when left with clear instructions. With my current life, I can't have a dog of my own, so I will live my dog mom dream through your perfect pup. I have a fairly flexible schedule, and the farther ahead you book, the more likely it is I can make your appointment fit. The best times to book are Tueday and Thusday morning, Wednesday afternoon and evening, Saturday night and Sunday morning. Other times are available, but at least a one day notice is needed to ensure availability. I do not have a car, so I am limited to pets within a fairly short radius and need enough notice to find a way there. I don't offer services in my home because my cats don't like other animals, however if you need me to come by and take care of your fur baby, leave a list of written instruction somewhere easily visible and whatever I need like food/medication, etc. somewhere easily accessible and I will handle the rest. If you want me to being any cat toys to play with them, please let me know before the visit.

“Sarah was incredible. She watched our seven year old dachshund mix Nestlie on our wedding day and it was SUCH a relief knowing that Nestlie was in Sarah’s hands the whole afternoon and evening. She even came to pick Nestlie up at our wedding venue after we were done taking photos and then took her back to our apartment to hang with her the whole evening. Nestlie can be a little nervous and isn’t great around other dogs, but Sarah came to meet Nestlie a few weeks before she would be watching her and they got to know each other and all of Nestlie’s quirks! We would have her watch Nestlie again in a heartbeat!”

“Alex watched our large dog in our house for two nights. Alex was caring conscientious and provided text and photo updates. We plan to use Alex again in the future! 🙂”

“Libby was fantastic with our 2 dogs! They were so happy and content when we got home. She kept us update throughout our whole time away and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our vacation.”

About: I have the unique perspective of a college education and multiple careers that focused on animal behavior, welfare and care. I grew up working on my families farm and riding horses, before going to school for Conservation Biology, entering field work and research, and since January 2022, being a Zookeeper! I love all animals, big and small, domestic and exotic, and have worked with them the majority of my life. I personally have always had cats, reptiles, rodents and fish as pets, but have always been relied upon by neighbors, friends and family to take care of all their furry (and scaly) friends as well! I also have years of experience with animal training as well, working with both North American River otters and black bears. Training is of special interest to me and while I do have years of practical hands on experience, I hope to pursue official certification soon too. I'd love to give your pets the care, affection and attention they deserve! I'm currently moving to a part time position within my career to allow for more flexibility so I'll have plenty of time to give love to all of your pets. Currently I'll have Wednesdays and Thursdays available, as well as most nights Mom/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun after 4:30 pm. I do not have the space to board pets in my home as I live in a one bedroom apartment with my partner and our two cats. However I am very outdoorsy and active and would love to take your pet for long walks or hikes in all their favorite places, and I'd be more than happy to provide outstanding care within their own homes!

“Madelyn did a great job watching our home and cat so we could enjoy our vacation away. She was sweet and kind and promptly responded to text and sent updates and photos to keep in touch while we were gone. She took great care of our home and everything was clean and in place when we returned.I definitely plan on asking madelyn to drop in visit or house sit again.”

About: I recently had to say goodbye of my best buddy of almost 13 years. He was an Olde English Bulldogge and I loved and miss him very much. I'm not ready to get a new dog yet, and probably won't for a long while, but still want to care for them. I'm a full time student, but many of my classes are online, so I have plenty of free time to spend with your loved one. I’m a financial advisor who works entirely from home and I schedule my own day. I’m able to take breaks for long walks or trips to the park. I have a fenced in yard and a nearby dog park. I have three small dogs, so it’s important that your dog is friendly around other dogs.

Kori has two cats of her own that she absolutely dotes on, and they are a true testament to the kind of care and attention she gives. What really sets Kori apart is her professional experience—she works as a zookeeper at our local zoo, which means she not only loves animals, but she truly understands them. Teri was an incredible dog sitter for our dog Rosie. She was very thorough in asking questions when we did a meet & greet which gave us so much confidence that she was a great fit for watching Rosie. She provided detailed updates twice per day with photos and we were so happy to know that our dog was being so well cared for. Teri also took excellent care of our home and did several extra tasks to help out as far as bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. We can’t recommend Teri highly enough and will most definitely utilize her dog sitting services again!

Katie was wonderful in caring for my home and pets while I was away. She provided multiple check-ins with photos each day and was very easy to communicate with. I had such peace of mind knowing she was caring for my dog and two cats. I will not hesitate to request her services again in the future!

Will was such an amazing sitter for Peanut while we were away! He took such great care of him, and his dog Cody was really sweet and tolerant of our young dog’s energy. We are so happy with the care that Will gave to Peanut and our house, and would love to have him watch Peanut again.

Omar was wonderful! He stayed at our home for a week to care for our two dogs and did an outstanding job. He kept in regular contact with updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear the dogs were in great hands - well-exercised, snuggled, and happy. We came home to a clean house and two very content pups. Omar’s calm presence and obvious experience made us feel confident from the start, and we couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend him and hope he’ll sit for us again!

My dog has very limited mobility and Libby was so great with her. I appreciated her quick responses and getting pictures of them outside together and playing ball while on vacation. We were so happy she was in good hands with Libby!

Stacey dog sat for me while I was away for a few days in NH and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care Brandy received. I got regular updates and photo which allowed me to enjoy my trip without worry. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We feel so lucky to have found Eva to care for our golden retriever and black lab! She was incredibly reliable, kind, and took our dogs on so many fun adventures. We really appreciated her background with dogs, how easy she was to communicate with, and all the updates she sent - they gave us so much peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Katherine did an amazing job watching our dog Subi over the weekend. Our pup is a rescue and has some anxiety triggers, but Katherine was super thoughtful in how she met and handled Subi, and provided many updates of Subi's well-being while we were out of town.
