About: I've cared for animals of all species since I was a kid. Whether it's for drop-in visits for play, walks, and exercise, or extended stays, it's always a joy to get to know each animal's unique personality. Whether they're full of energy or full on couch potatoes I love spending time with dogs of all kinds. I have experience with senior dogs, anxious dogs, highly active dogs, and those with specific medication schedules. I'm also experienced with (and a big fan of!) caring for cats-whether they're shyer with new folks or instant lovebugs! I'm available daytime Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and during the weekend. I also have flexible evening availability during the week. I am available for house-sitting both over weekends and by arrangement during the week. I care for people's pets in their homes, either on a drop-in basis for walks, play, and exercise, or for overnight pet-sitting. I like to begin with a meet and greet with owners and pets to get to know both parties, and get an introduction to the care needs and personality of the pet. My goal is to create a comfortable, relaxing environment for your animal and to communicate with you so that you have peace of mind while you are away.

About: I love animals and have fostered countless cats and dogs for the last 40 years. I am sensitive to their overt body language and needs. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I can make myself available for last minute care or emergencies, and can be readily reached for updates re the pet I’m caring for. I work for Trusted Pet Sitters and have been taking care of many pets in their homes in that process. I care for cats and dogs in their environment and know how to make them feel safe and loved in their owners’ absence.

About: I've had dogs on and off since I was a kid. From Great Danes to Jack Russel Terriers. I used to be the manager of a horse barn, so I'm used to all kinds of things. I have taken care of all kinds of friends pets, and done some house sitting. I generally get along with most dogs. Likewise, I do understand that sometimes it might take a while for an animal to warm up. All animals have personalities. I work full time, but can do evenings, and weekends. Or if an extended period of time is needed I can stay in the home and make sure your pet isn't left without a companion. If you need a pet sat in the house, I can definitely do more walks and more play time. I don't currently have something set up for in my home. But in a client's home it would depend on their wants and needs. This may vary, and I am adaptable.

About: My entire life I have grown up with pets, dogs cats bunnies guinea pigs lizards birds, you name it we had it! Good pet care to me includes knowing their needs way ahead of time . In my time around animals, I have yet to meet one that doesn’t like me, whether it’s a energetic puppy or a lazy house cat. I’m extremely responsible and trustworthy, in addition to being creative at a moments notice. Taking care of animals means you must be ready for whatever may happen, and patience is a key. These are all qualities I possess! To me, being a people person means you also are a pet person. You and your beloved pets will be happy, healthy and safe with me! I’m currently working part time as a yoga teacher, so I have lots of time to take care of your pet kiddos! Whether it’s a walk around the park, some quality play time at home, or meal support, I am open to it all. Meeting a new animal is all about establishing safety and trust with them first, to show them I am a safe human that’s here to love and care for them too. Once they feel safe, we can get to the fun stuff of play time and walks!

About: Hello there! My name is Emma, and I have cared for small dogs, large dogs, cats, and senior cats and dogs. I have experience administering medication to cats and dogs, and have cared for many pets at once in a single household. I treat every animal with care and respect, as if they were my own, to ensure that they and their caretakers feel comfortable with me. I am very flexible and have availability between 6-10 on weekday mornings and 5-8 on weekday nights. I am available between 11:30 and 1:30 for walks and check-ins during weekdays. I am also available on certain weekends. I care for pets with respect. I like to assess how they feel about me first and approach them the way that they need while also following what owners request.

About: I’ve taken care of pets, my own or others ever since I’ve was in kindergarten. I am an ordained Animal Chaplain. I have studied animal behavior and animal ethics. I can bring peace to your animals that are missing you while you are away. I work part-time so I’m happy to take care of animals as they fit into my flexible work schedule. I am available on weekends also. I have a fully fenced backyard to let out dogs. I am familiar with crate training and I’m able to crate dogs if needed. I can walk dogs and help them to feel at peace and ease while they are away from their owner, or their owner is away from them.

About: I live just blocks from Salem Common, AKA dog central. My partner and I live with our cat Elby, who is friendly but can always be kept separate from your pet if needed, and our dog, Fiona, who is the friendliest dog I've ever met. We both work from home, so your pet will be well looked after and never left home alone. I have experience giving both dogs and cats oral and injected medication. We are happy to host pets at our home and I'm also very willing to do pet care while housesitting. I work from home and love having animals around. Our dog gets 3-4 walks each day, so your dog could have the same. Additionally, we have a large fenced in backyard. I would love to show your dog the sights and smells of Salem. I care for pets in my home as though they were my own. I love to relax with them and keep them entertained, and also ensure they get the exercise they need each day. My partner and I are very active and would happily take dogs on hikes nearby.
