About: I have pet sit for friends and neighbors for years, with dogs of all different shapes, sizes, and needs. I've walked dogs, checked in, or spent the night. I'm an avid animal lover and love meeting and spending time with new dogs! I'm a college student home for the summer with lots of flexibility in my schedule. Even though I'm a college student early mornings are fine with me, I'm happy to be with your dog any time of the day. I'm adaptable to whatever rules and established routines you have in your home. I don't mind getting up early and I'm an avid walker so I'm happy to get outside any time.
“We have had our pup stay with Colleen and Sean in the past and they were very helpful to us when we needed a walk in a pinch. They provided excellent communication throughout the process, were on-time, and took care of our pup in some poor weather. We appreciated their assistance and we would walk or stay with them again.”

“We’ve been working with Jennifer for over a month now, and she has been absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly communicative and so flexible with my unpredictable schedule—I can book her a few days in advance, and she always accommodates. Since we just moved from Kansas, my dogs have had a tough time adjusting, especially one who has anxiety, but Jennifer handles them with such care and kindness. Both my girls are so comfortable with her—she’s truly a gem! I can’t recommend her enough!”

“I was impressed with Daniel right from the start! He is a very humble, respectful, responsible, kind young man who loves animals. My dog Sophie immediately took to him and she would have great walks with him. I asked a lot from Daniel when I went on holiday…and he delivered! He came to my home for 10 days to not only walk my dog but also feed her…give her medicine, and as a bonus, he played with her. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. No questions or higher charge. He sent a lot of photos too. Since I’ve been back from my holiday, I’ve been in poor health. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. For example, He remembers to dry Sophie’s paws when they arrive from a walk in the snow or rain. I highly recommend Daniel as your dog walker or sitter.”

About: Hi! I’m Cora, a student majoring in Food Science in Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. I grew up in Arlington and will be staying here for the rest of the spring and summer. As a lifelong caretaker and lover of animals, I am really excited to join Rover and show some love to the pets here. I have always been obsessed with animals, and my experience in a variety of contexts makes me confident I can give your pet the best possible care while you’re away. I practically grew up in my local animal shelter, reading to rescue cats and waiving adoption fees through bake sales. As soon as I was old enough, I became an official volunteer, responsible for socializing animals, walking dogs, and adhering to the highest safety and sanitation standards. I became certified in rescue pet welfare through the Fear Free Shelter program, giving me the knowledge necessary to put shy dogs at ease. I also foster puppies through the Lost Dog Rescue foundation, giving me a firm grasp on the needs of younger dogs, from potty training to administering medication. Need a sitter for an exotic pet? No problem! In high school, I took a Career and Technical Education class in the advanced small animal sciences. I gained hands-on experience with countless pet species, from leopard geckos to chinchillas to cockatiels (and everything in between!) I also wrote a research report on the welfare of the school’s rabbits, taught the class cats how to high-five, and became certified in pet first aid through the National Association of Pets and Pet Sitters. Your pet is your family, and as a college student, I deeply understand what it means to be apart from them. Trust me to treat them with as much love, kindness, and respect as I show my own pets. I can’t wait to meet them! Aside from a few virtual appointments, I have a lot of flexibility throughout my day. Your pets would be my top priority - I’d love to go for long walks, play outside, and/or meet a new study buddy :) Safety is my top priority when it comes to pet-sitting. I am certified in Pet First Aid through the National Association of Pets and Pet Sitters. Additionally, through my volunteer position at the Animal Welfare League, I pursued extra coursework through the Fear Free Shelters program to learn about rescue pet welfare and animal psychology. Most recently, when my pair of 8-week-old foster puppies fell ill, I took them to the vet and learned how to administer various oral medications. I provided care at all hours of the day and night, successfully nursing them back to health. Beyond my qualifications, I've been described as exuding quiet confidence that puts animals and people at ease. I prioritize gentleness and kindness in all of my animal interactions; with your pets, I'd focus on minimizing stress because I know how attached pets and their humans are.
About: Hi, I’m Landrum! I’ve always loved animals and have plenty of hands-on experience. I’ve fostered two dogs and two puppies, lived with cats for two years, and spent three years volunteering at the Orange County Humane Society during college. Since my current living space doesn’t allow me to have a pet of my own, I’d love the opportunity to care for yours! Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just some extra love, I’m excited to make sure your pet feels happy and safe while you’re away. I work full-time with a flexible WFH schedule and I’m off on Sundays and Mondays. I can provide care around my work hours and have availability most evenings. I provide attentive, loving care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether in my home or yours, I ensure plenty of exercise, playtime, and companionship. I follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, and create a comfortable, stress-free environment. For walks and drop-ins, I focus on safety, enrichment, and plenty of attention. My goal is to keep pets happy, active, and well cared for while you’re away!
“Isabelle walks my goldendoodle furchild every day and she’s such an important part of Maya’s life. To start, she’s super communicative and reliable, which makes it really easy to plan and coordinate walks and dogcare with her. She was also great about learning what behaviors we try to reinforce, Maya’s habits and routines and what Maya eats, which gives me the warm and fuzzies that as a parent, aunt Isabelle is staying consistent with dad’s rules. Isabelle is so great with dogs and has good judgment generally; seeing how she interacts with Maya and hearing her describe how Maya did on a given walk, I trust her implicitly. Lately she’s been really helpful in figuring out fun new walking routes or destinations that cater to Maya’s interests and mood and energy level. Yep Isabelle is a wonderful dog “auntie” and just a delightful human being. I don’t know what her advertised rates are on here, but you should pay them and then some. Isabelle, get after it girl. Charge people what you’re worth! ?”

“Aislyn is lovely, she is always responsive, on time to visits, and super detailed in her updates and care. You can tell she really cares about the pups she looks after which is so important!”

“Juan has been super reliable, friendly, and good with managing our dog. He is very responsive to texts and goes out of his way to update us on how things go on his walks with our dog!”

“Maryam is great! I had to go into the office last minute and she was able to walk Twix multiple times throughout the day. She is friendly, and truly loves animals. I will definitely be rebooking her for her services.”

“I’m so happy we have found Molly! She walks our goldendoodle regularly and takes such good care of her. She is quick to respond and leaves us great photos and summaries in her rover cards!”

Your dog gets a fun ride, and you get total convenience. At the end of their stay, I return them safe, happy, and directly to your doorstep (service area dependent). --- ❤️ Care with Experience & Heart, Forged with Real Dogs My love for dogs and my practical experience come from raising and caring for my three dogs in Colombia for years: an energetic Pitbull and two sensitive Cocker Spaniels. This journey taught me the essentials: · 🐾 I understand "misunderstood" breed needs: Pitbulls deserve respectful leadership, not stereotypes. Cocker Spaniels need attention and gentleness. · 🦴 I tailor care to each dog's unique personality: No two dogs are alike, and I know that well. Is yours shy, hyperactive, or a little stubborn? I speak their language. · ❤️ I will care for yours with the same love and knowledge I gave my own. I also work alongside my husband, Carlos, which allows us to provide near-constant supervision. Your dog will enjoy steady companionship, safety, and tons of love. ✅ My Commitment to You When I care for your dog, I don't just follow instructions: · 📱 I'm flexible and communicative: I'll send you photos and updates because I know what it's like to be away from your pet. · 🧠 I provide knowledgeable handling: I understand canine stress signals and adapt activities accordingly (secure walks for strong dogs, gentle play for seniors). · 🏡 I offer a dedicated environment: My schedule and my heart are open to pampering your best friend. 📞 Ready for your dog to have a safe, fun, and love-filled experience? Contact me, and let's talk about how I can help! I adapt my routine to give your pet the rhythm it needs: intense walks for the strong like my Pitbull, naps and pampering for the delicate like my Cockers, and always with updates that show you their day as if you were here!" ** My day is moulded to your dog: controlled energy for strong, patience for sensitive, and photos that steal a smile from you." * I offer personalised and 100% safe care in MY HOME, where your pet will receive:** 🏡 **An adapted space**: Separate areas for active dogs (like my Pitbull) and quiet areas for the most sensitive (like my Cockers). 🐕 **Experience with 'difficult' breeds**: I know how to manage strong energy and anxiety with patience and proven techniques. - 📲 **Total transparency**: I send photos, videos and daily reports so you can see how happy your furry is. - ❤️ **Seasonal love**: While I wait for my 3 dogs (who are in Colombia), your pet will be my absolute priority." **Why in my house? ** "I prefer to care in a controlled environment, where everything is prepared for safety and comfort, no surprises!" _.
“Mike was fantastic! This was our first time using a walker for our dog and he not only made the process very easy but extremely comfortable for us. He even came and met us and our dog before we completed the booking. He was very communicative the entire time we were away and it was a huge relief to know our beloved pet was in good hands! We look forward to booking with Mike again in the future.”

Madison Manor dog parents share their Rover experiences
Highly recommend Juan as a dog walker. Communication is excellent - prompt responses and regular photo updates during walks. It's clear he genuinely cares about the dogs in his care and takes his clients needs seriously. Dependable, friendly, and professional. 5/5 stars!
From the first moment Taylor entered our house, she bonded with Poppy and gave our sweet 14 yr-old labradoodle lots of TLC and special attention dyring every visit. On very hot days when Poppy didn’t want to walk more than a few minutes, Taylor played with her inside, gave her lots of cuddles, and even played Debussy, Mozart & Beethoven for Poppy on our baby grand. Five stars +++ and a huge THANK YOU to Taylor! Highly recommend!
