About: I’ve been on Rover for 3+ years now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! I can promise quick communication with you and plenty of love for your furry friends. Tell me all about your pets and any concerns you may have so I can ensure you’re comfortable spending time away from your pets :) Since 10 years old I’ve always been the neighborhood dog sitter, this has extended my whole life and into college as well. I’ve always had a family dog and cat so I know what it takes to care for them and the responsibility required. All these years of pet care has turned me into a huge animal lover so even as you miss them while you’re gone I can promise they will get full love from me. I am currently working remotely part time so I have plenty of time for your pets. I can accommodate any requests you may have for your furry friends! I think care for a pet should be centered around what you feel is best for your pet, I am flexible towards your pets needs. I have going on long walks, trips to dog parks or hiking trails, or just hanging out at the house to keep your pet company: any or all of these could be apart of my care for your pet. Plus of course lots of love and cuddles!

About: Hi, I'm Chloe! I am 25 and am located in Arlington. I love working with animals, and have quite a bit of experience myself. I have a sweet kitty named Pumpkin, who is my very best friend! I am from a small town, Berryville, where I grew up with many dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, you name it! I have years of experience of pet-sitting, volunteering at animal shelters, as well as assisting one of my childhood dogs in giving birth to 9 puppies. I have a very strong love for animals, and will treat your fur babies as if they were my own :) please reach out if you have any questions! My availability varies on a weekly basis as I work hybrid (in office Wed/Thurs), but am generally free throughout the week and various hours on the weekends. Message me and we can work something out! When caring for someone else’s pet, I use the utmost care, concern, and thoughtfulness, as I would want someone to do the same for my sweet animals, too. I follow any and all instructions given by the owner and make sure the animal(s) feel safe, loved, and happy while you are away.

“I was impressed with Daniel right from the start! He is a very humble, respectful, responsible, kind young man who loves animals. My dog Sophie immediately took to him and she would have great walks with him. I asked a lot from Daniel when I went on holiday…and he delivered! He came to my home for 10 days to not only walk my dog but also feed her…give her medicine, and as a bonus, he played with her. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. No questions or higher charge. He sent a lot of photos too. Since I’ve been back from my holiday, I’ve been in poor health. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. For example, He remembers to dry Sophie’s paws when they arrive from a walk in the snow or rain. I highly recommend Daniel as your dog walker or sitter.”

I have one dog in home named Biscuit (8yr old male cavapoo) I also take care of cats!! I work in pastry so I am up early (3/4am) and am home by 2pm every day! I have one very friendly dog in home, he is fully crate trained and can be kept in a separate room if needed! About: I’ve helped to take care of cats my since I was a young kid and have gotten more experience in caring for dogs over the last few years. I’ve always loved animals, and I am a very meticulous person so I will pay great attention to make sure your pet(s) and home are well cared for. I worked for a few years as a scientist prior to starting medical school last year, so attention to detail is a skill I’ve learned to hone. I’m currently on break from school, so I have a fairly free schedule at the moment. Once my classes start again I’d like to move into something I can do more so in the mornings or evenings, but my schedule will still be more flexible than a typical 9-5. I am a very detail-oriented and meticulous person, so I will pay attention to make sure that your pet and home are safe and secure.

She was also great about learning what behaviors we try to reinforce, Maya’s habits and routines and what Maya eats, which gives me the warm and fuzzies that as a parent, aunt Isabelle is staying consistent with dad’s rules. Isabelle is so great with dogs and has good judgment generally; seeing how she interacts with Maya and hearing her describe how Maya did on a given walk, I trust her implicitly. Lately she’s been really helpful in figuring out fun new walking routes or destinations that cater to Maya’s interests and mood and energy level. Yep Isabelle is a wonderful dog “auntie” and just a delightful human being. I don’t know what her advertised rates are on here, but you should pay them and then some. Isabelle, get after it girl. Charge people what you’re worth! ?”
