Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Felipe! I’m a dog dad to Luna, and I know how much trust it takes to let someone care for your pet. I grew up around dogs and cats and now walk dogs professionally in Arlington. I’ve cared for pets with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I take the time to learn what helps each one feel comfortable. Whether your dog loves an energetic walk or prefers a slower outing with plenty of sniffing, I’ll follow their routine and your instructions. I’m also happy to reinforce familiar cues and good walking habits using the approach you already practice at home. For cat visits, I can help with feeding, fresh water, litter-box care, playtime, and company, while respecting cats who prefer a little space. You can expect thoughtful care, photo updates, and clear communication. My goal is for you to feel comfortable knowing how your pet is doing while you’re away. I speak English and Spanish. I’d love to meet you and your pet!

Schedule
I’m currently welcoming dog-walking and drop-in clients in Arlington, especially on weekdays. I already work in the area and would love to build lasting relationships with nearby pets and their families. Please message me with your neighborhood and preferred time so we can find a schedule that works. Overnight care is arranged individually, including whether my dog Luna can join me.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Before our first visit, I’ll ask about your pet’s routine, leash behavior, triggers, feeding instructions, and emergency contacts. I’m happy to arrange a meet and greet so we can get comfortable with each other. I follow your instructions, keep dogs leashed during walks, and avoid introductions to unfamiliar animals without your permission. I’ll also respect your home and check that doors and gates are secure before leaving. Luna would only join an overnight stay with your explicit approval and after we’ve discussed compatibility and a safe arrangement.

A typical day
I like to make each visit fit your pet’s personality. For dogs, that might mean an energetic walk, a relaxed sniffing adventure, playtime, or practicing familiar cues with your permission. For cats, it could be toys, gentle company, or simply respecting their space. I’ll follow your routine, check food and water as instructed, and send you photos and a little update so you know how our time together went.
