About: Hi! I took a break from pet sitting but I am so excited to be back! I love all kinds of animals! I have patience for those animals that may be timid or nervous. I can work with training or to just give an opportunity for exercise. I am up for anything! Dogs have become a passion of mine, and I am here to help you take care of your furry friend. They are precious companions and deserve a life where they are loved and paid attention to. That's what I am here for! I can help both your furry friend and help you by providing services and to love on your pet. It can be worry-some to hand your companion over to another so I am here to alleviate that stress. I am between jobs so I have lot of time for walks, play, stimulation etc. Your pet's health and well-being is my priority. I am happy to take your pet on any walks. There are plenty of trails around the Arlington area that are pet friendly. I am happy to play with your pet and give them lots of love!

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs all my life! I am experienced with reactive dogs as well! I am about to get a puppy myself in my home! Please consider that if you intend on boarding with me. I work remote so I am able to drop by and let your pet out/ play/ walk your pet as needed! I understand feeling guilty about letting your pet be home alone all day and I’m here to help! I also am experienced with reactive dogs too! I will be getting a puppy July 2026 as well so please take that into consideration when booking boarding. I will always be cautious of entering your home and leaving your home to prevent any type of escapes and make sure that they are content before I leave and make sure nothing is in reach to maximum safety!

About: I have been pet sitting and walking for 11 years. My neighbors and friends have trusted me to care for, walk, and feed their pets! I am a graduate student at Virginia Tech's Arlington campus. This summer I will be working remotely with plenty of time to care for your pet! Unfortunately I cannot care for your pets in my own home because our landlord does not allow pets however I am happy to care for them in your home!

“I was impressed with Daniel right from the start! He is a very humble, respectful, responsible, kind young man who loves animals. My dog Sophie immediately took to him and she would have great walks with him. I asked a lot from Daniel when I went on holiday…and he delivered! He came to my home for 10 days to not only walk my dog but also feed her…give her medicine, and as a bonus, he played with her. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. No questions or higher charge. He sent a lot of photos too. Since I’ve been back from my holiday, I’ve been in poor health. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. For example, He remembers to dry Sophie’s paws when they arrive from a walk in the snow or rain. I highly recommend Daniel as your dog walker or sitter.”

About: I've had loads of experience with dogs of many breeds and ages! My family dog was deaf & blind so I also have experience with dogs with varying need levels! I have one dog in home named Biscuit (8yr old male cavapoo) I also take care of cats!! I work in pastry so I am up early (3/4am) and am home by 2pm every day! My days off vary each week- just feel free to reach out to me and let me know what you're looking for! I have one very friendly dog in home, he is fully crate trained and can be kept in a separate room if needed! About: Hi, I'm Haley! I recently moved to Northern Virginia from Metro Detroit for work and am excited to get to know the area—one dog walk at a time! I've been a dog lover my entire life and grew up with multiple dogs. Back home, I have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever/Lab mix named Creed, who is truly my best friend. Since moving, I've really missed having dogs around, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover. Starting in high school, I regularly dog sat and cared for pets for several families in my neighborhood. Whether they were away on vacation or just needed an extra hand, I helped with walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure their pets felt loved and comfortable while they were gone. I'm very active and love being outdoors, so long walks, runs, and playtime are something I genuinely enjoy. Because of that, I often have weekdays where I finish work early and have plenty of time available for dog walks and pet care. I also don't work weekends, which means I'm available throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays. I keep my Rover calendar up to date so you'll always know my availability before booking. Since I currently offer dog walking services, my goal is to make every walk safe, fun, and tailored to your dog's needs and energy level. I’m currently a nurse, which means I’m naturally responsible, attentive, and used to following routines and instructions carefully. My schedule varies, but that actually gives me a lot of availability on weekdays. I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your pet’s needs. As a nurse, I’m comfortable paying attention to details, sticking to schedules, communicating clearly, and staying calm when something unexpected comes up. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals! I’ll keep you updated with pictures and messages during visits or stays, because I know it’s reassuring to see your happy pup while you’re away.

About: I recently started dog walking and love it - also love cats too! I'm pretty patient, and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I'm currently in between jobs, so I have a lot of time to cat sit, dog walk, or pet sit - ideally looking to care for pets in the Arlington, Alexandria, DC area. Anywhere that I can either walk to or get to by metro! I'll make sure your pet gets enough play time, regular walks, stays hydrated and fed :) Happy to host at my place or be in the pet's home environment.

About: I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life- ranging from gerbils to birds to dogs. I love all animals and find joy in taking care of them. I have experience with my Pomeranian and have dog sat anywhere from tiny French Bulldogs to large Pit-bulls. Each dog has their own personality and I love that about them. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and helped with dog adoption events. I am a huge softy for cuddlers, but also understand that not all dogs like that (for example my Pomeranian, Ricky). While I do not have much experience with cats, I will play with them as much as they allow! I promise your pet could not be left in more caring hands! I am very responsible and will take great care of your furry friend!

About: I grew up with a Newfoundland which made me very comfortable and loving of large breed dogs! I also spend a lot of time with an adorable dachshund! I believe being around this range of sizes has made me aware of their needs and specific care and how they differ. I’m an animal lover and will take care of your dog as if it’s my own! I work from home three days a week with a flexible schedule that allows for walks or potty breaks and some much needed play time! I live in a first floor apartment with grass all around! The space is cleaned frequently and easy for a dog to roam around. It’s right across the street from big area with grass to run around in and a very walkable spot or Arlington! There are no other animals in the home.
