“Pamela was a fantastic sitter for our two boys, and on top of that, and lifesaver when our flight home was canceled and we needed care for an extra night. Thank you so much for everything, Pam! We'll be reaching out again!”

“Anna is truly amazing! She would pick up on my kittie habits and communicate with me very promptly when she feels there may be an issue - no matter how small or big. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, Anna's communication is so timely, clear, and thoughtful. And I think that's a strength like none other. My cats also loved her, I don't think they even missed me. I normally feel bad asking the sitters to send me pictures because personally I think it could be a tad bit annoying, but Anna would send me pics when they are being particularly cute or show me how my cats are cuddling with her non-stop! TL;DR, I am traveling for a wedding next weekend, and I already reached out to her to see if she could help me again. I hope Anna can be my kitties' loving and caring aunt forever! Please don't move from NYC!”

“Juan was ABSOUTLEY amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure my nephew Apollo’s was comfortable and loved. He also went even further resetting the whole house (cleaning dishes, comforter, etc.)! When ever Apollo is in VA I will always make sure I check if Juan is available first before looking for other sitters. Juan’s communication was also stellar! Sending pictures and constant contact which helped my anxiety tremendously. He followed my provided guide with flying colors and when Apollo got a little sick helped him back to perfect stool! Thank you so much Juan we really appreciate your care for animals and your attention to detail!”

“We appreciated Nicole’s attentiveness with our pups, updates and photos, and knew our dogs were so well cared for while we were gone for Thanksgiving.”

“We hired Lisa for a last-minute trip to visit family, and she was a fantastic housesitter. From the start, she put us at ease and we felt confident our two cats would be well cared for. She was super communicative, sent frequent photo updates, and was flexible with our changing plans. When it looked like our dog care might fall through, she was even willing to step in and help with her too. Lisa went above and beyond - she assured us she’d check in on the cats again if anything came up with our travels, and we came home to an impeccably clean house. She even washed the sheets, which made coming home that much better. We’ll definitely be hiring her again!”

“Mansa took wonderful care of our mini dachshund Izzy. She was super easy to work with and I especially appreciated her regular updates and photos. We will definitely consider hiring her again for our next travel.”

“Renee was fantastic. They were able to step in last minute and even fit in a meet-and-greet beforehand. They took excellent care of both my home and my dog, keeping everything in great shape. Plenty of exercise, thoughtful attention, and consistent updates throughout the weekend. I’d definitely book with them again!”

“Annie was great with our boy, and he was so relaxed with her. She was so wonderful to come at the last minute when our other sitter had a family emergency and she was very patient when it took us a little while to get home.”

“Brianna did a fantastic job of sitting with my crazy pups! One of them can be fear aggressive (bluffs a lot) and Brianna was great with her. So great I got a picture of them cuddling on the sofa the first day! The other pup is super people shy and warmed to Brianna immediately. When she didn't want to eat (which I warned about), Brianna reached out immediately for ideas on how to get her to eat. She didn't wait! I really appreciated that. I gave her a couple of suggestions and she got her to eat! Brianna is fearless and conscientious. She clearly loves pet sitting. I highly recommend her!”

“Daniel was great! Short notice availability. He was very accommodating with some minor last minute requests, and also when our relatives had to drop by a few times. Consistently sent (VERY adorable!) photos with a brief note/comment every day while we were on vacation. Was good about being communicative and responding to any questions as needed. House was left pretty clean when we came back. Highly recommend!!”

“Amina stayed in our home for nearly two weeks. She took wonderful care of our dog and cat, including cleaning up a mess the cat made. Our home was spotless and the pets happy when we returned.”

“We had Liliana watch out Great Dane puppy for the weekend and she was so patient with him! She took care of him as her own and I would recommend anyone to have her watch their animal.”

“Jackson was an awesome sitter for our pup! He provided regular updates, was respectful of our home and very responsive. We would absolutely have him watch our dog again 🙂”

“Second time having Kylee in our home to sit for our pup and it went really well! Our dog was completely relaxed with her, and she’s usually anxious when we’re gone. Two thumbs up!”

“Shereen is simply fantastic. She’s been walking our senior girl for a few months now, but this was the first time we’ve had her pup-sit. She sent regular updates and amazing photos and it was clear how well both pups were being cared for. I’m pretty sure our dogs don’t want us to come home. 😉”
“Aly watched our old doggo for 10 days in our home. I never had a sitter stay that long and we were going out of the country. Aly was really kind and caring with our pet and a great communicator with us. She even took him to the vet when she suspected he was unwell. I will definitely hire her again!”

“Oriana was absolutely amazing with our dog Daisy! Daisy can be reactive and needed several medications and Oriana handled everything perfectly. She sent regular updates and many pictures of Daisy which we loved to see. And she left our home spotless! We will definitely ask Oriana to watch Daisy again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dog sitter.”

“Vanessa was great with our three big dogs while we were in Europe. She was with this almost all the time and would send the best updates with videos and pictures. She also cleaned up the day she left and kept the house nice. I would definitely have her help with our pups again!”

Waycroft-Woodlawn pet parents share their Rover experiences
There’s nothing better than coming home to your dog after a long trip especially when he’s calm and relaxed because he was well taken care of. Juan allowed me this joy. It was the first time I’ve used him and Romeo took to him right away. Juan updated me daily and was responsive to messages. He also left my house in great condition. Thank you for taking care of my baby. We’ll be seeing you again!!

Amora is a godsend. She’s a dog lover through and through. I have one older dog and one special needs. She took great care of them and showed them a lot of love. She kept me informed frequently and my dogs were very happy and relaxed when I returned. She’s truly one of the best ever.

Laura is wonderful! She saved us when our cat got sick before the holidays and needed someone to monitor her condition and administer her meds each morning. She took great care of our home and our two sweet kitties, and you can tell she really cares about all the animals she cares for, which made me feel so much better about being out of town with a sick pet. She sent daily updates and photos, and even fixed our sticky door! We'll definitely be contacting her next time we need a sitter!

Yiting is amazing and handled our three dogs with absolute perfection and amazing care. She went above and beyond with them. She send many daily photo updates and brought them cute collars as gifts. She took great care of our house as well and even managed a problem or two while we were away. We hope she’s available the next time we leave town.
