Chelsey W.

“Chelsey helped me out with my pup’s daily walks on short notice. She was professional and trustworthy and I would certainly hire her again. Thank you!”

Drew R.

“Drew was very patient with our dog, who can be (and was) very difficult. He handled her like a pro and she warmed up to him very quickly. He also ensured that our cat received all her required meds and was otherwise well cared for. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely book him again if we can.”

Pamela N.

“Pam did a great job staying at my house with my 4-yr-old miniature poodle while I was away. I could tell when I got back that he had a really fun time with her, and he had been super well cared for. She sent lots of adorable photos, too. I would definitely hire her again!”

Aidan D.

“Aiden was great watching my pup! He sent so many pictures of them on walks and snuggled up. I texted him late one night asking if he could stay overnight with my dog, and he was there within an hour! Would love to have Aiden dog sit again!”

Jessie T.

“We were so relieved to have Jessie stay with our 2 cats and our young dog. She was very patient with our 17-month-old, 65lb dog who can be jumpy. Apple went on many exploratory walks and received a lot of pets and snuggles! Jessie was also very attentive and sent many updates and was quick to respond to messages. We came home to a very happy dog and a clean home. We will definitely recommend Jessie to others.”

Richard F.

“Richard “Dylan” stayed the day with our senior girl, Dottie. She has separation anxiety and I needed to be away for a few hours. Dylan called me the day before to go over her care as this was her first time with him. He was very prompt and communicative. I definitely recommend him. He has a calming manner about him and that was much appreciated! Thank you Dylan”

Hana S.

“Hana is great! We’re very particular about our cat needs, and she does a great job of following our directions. I feel good leaving our cat in Hana’s care. She’s very sweet and communicative.”

Janrose S.

“Janrose was patient, caring, and detail-oriented while taking care of our senior cat for two weeks. Janrose gave us wonderful peace of mind, and sent us lots of pictures of our happy cat. We would definitely book with Janrose again!”

Mikaela B.

“Mikaela was great with Roadie. He looked like a happy camper when we got home. She was very respectful of our home and to Roadie. She even went a little above and beyond by remembering to move our vehicle on the day that our roof was delivered so they could get as close to the house as possible. We appreciated her staying in our home and taking care of our pup.”

Urmi C.

“Urmi was amazing with our sometimes reactive dog. Maya loved her after the first drop in. Urmi kept us updated with sweet pictures throughout her stay.”

Korrey L.

“Korrey watched our animals for two whole weeks, so we could go on a much-needed long vacation. He did a great job of caring for the animals & even wrangled all 3 of them to the vet for a routine visit. He loved them like they were his own. It was a relief to know they were given such good care & love. He was conscientious, communicative, & kept us up-to-date. We were fortunate to have his big open-hearted help.”

Maggie D.

“Maggie was wonderful! She did a great job of communicating daily and the house was immaculate upon our return! Highly recommend.”

About: I have experience caring for dogs ranging from puppy to senior. I also have taken care of different sized dogs: small, medium, and large dogs. I am a recent graduate who is looking to make money while in between jobs. Currently I am available most times and days during the week I currently have a three year old dog that I have trained since 15 weeks old. I care for dogs using a patient and calm approach. I will take extra precautions to ensure pet safety throughout any rover walks or visits

Joseph K.
“Joseph has pet sat for us on 4 different occasions. We always come back to an immaculate home and a happy pup!! Joseph provided us with photos and updates on our dog throughout. He also responds promptly to messages. Highly recommend!!!”

Olivia I.

“Olivia did a great job looking after our 3 month old puppy for the evening. It was the first time my wife and I had left our puppy alone with someone else for several hours which was nervewrecking particularly because our puppy is quite attached to us. But Olivia went above and beyond to make it a smooth experience. She visited our home a couple days prior to the house sitting so she could meet the puppy and better understand our dog’s schedule / logistics. She showed up right on time and gave us consistent updates including when our puppy had settled down after we left to reassure us that everything would be fine. We’ve already booked Olivia for another house sitting based on how great she was!”

Catarina D.

“Catarina was absolutely wonderful. She watched our dog in our home for a week. Her communication was super and she left the space in such good shape. My dog seemed to have a fabulous time with her. She took him on adventures (car rides, family visit, etc) but made sure to ask first! Would highly recommend. Looking forward to the next time we can work with Catarina.”

About: Hi! I grew up with two or three cats in my family at a time. I’ve been the neighborhood cat sitter since I was old enough to babysit too :) I made sure to give them love and attention to break up the monotony of their days. Around the same time, I walked some of my neighbors’ dogs every day for 6 years - beagles, tiny dogs, and even a huge St. Bernard. I’m great at earning the trust of shy dogs and burning energy for more excitable dogs. Let me know what you need and I’ll get back to you quickly! I work from home every day except Thursdays, so I’m fairly flexible with stepping out for a long lunch. I am available before/after the work day too - I’m a morning person so I don’t mind getting up early to help. I am punctual and friendly. Unfortunately my building isn’t pet-friendly but I am more than happy to visit your home instead to take care of your pet!

Anne W.

“Anne was the perfect sitter for my little dog, Byrdie. She stayed in my apartment with her for 5 days, was super communicative with me, and met all of Byrdie's needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend Anne and will book her again if I ever need another sitter/dog walker!”

About: I’ve volunteered at animal shelters for the past 16 years! I grew up with two German Shepherds, two cats, and have a cat of my own. My heart has always been exceptionally big for all animals. I treat my cat, Taz, as my son. I know the quality of care others want for their pets because I want the exact same for mine. Pets are family to me. I’m switching into a part-time role, so my availability is very open! I can walk, drop-in, or watch your pet(s) any day of the week and for however many times a day. I understand not knowing your sitter personally can be worrisome, so whatever I can do to make you feel most comfortable works for me. If you have two or more pets, especially cats, that need care I’d be more than willing to discuss any customization or modifications. When watching dogs I love to give them time outside, so they can smell all the smells! I will only take them to a local dog park if requested by the owner, so if you’d like this please let me know! Guaranteed ample love, affection, and pets will be given to your fur babies. Especially on walks, the safety of your pet(s) is my upmost priority. I always scan to ensure crosswalks are clear even when walk signs are on. When your pet is in my care, I care for them as I care for my own. I’d be happy to send photos and videos of your pet(s) while I’m with them to ensure your comfort, and because they’re all so cute! Caring for cats, I’ve learned the wand toys can usually do the trick, for younger and older kitties! Learning your cat’s personality is key to ensuring their happiness, so I take the time to make sure they remain stress free. If there are any enrichment activities you would like me to do during my visit, I’d be happy to do it. Tips are completely optional, though greatly appreciated as it helps to offset the 20% Rover fees and any cost of travel to and from meet & greets.
