The dogs are generally very cautious of strangers, and they were going through some sibling rivalry and needed to be kept apart - on separate floors of the house. About: I’ve jumped at every opportunity to take care of friend’s and family members’ dogs since I was in elementary school! I’ve taken care of dogs with varying medical needs and across a range of breeds. I truly find any time spent with animals a gift, and I’m excited to begin my journey on Rover and help take care of yours. I am a teacher on summer break, so my availability is more than usual! I can walk dogs or drop in between 9:30 am and 12 pm or between 2:30 pm and 7 pm. However, beginning the last week of August, I will only be available after 4 pm due to my full-time job. I aim to begin fostering animals soon, but my residence is currently pet free, so I’ll have time to focus on your fur babies! I have experience with dogs across a spectrum of needs and have experience orally providing medication. As a teacher and dog-lover, I am patient and will work to create a safe environment that is attuned to the needs of your pet(s).
