Sending pictures and constant contact which helped my anxiety tremendously. He followed my provided guide with flying colors and when Apollo got a little sick helped him back to perfect stool! What I loved the most is that she thought about everything that an owner may want to have peace of mind while away, asked the questions to validate and understand in our meet and greet and then delivered on it. Kathryn was detailed and communicative when it came to her approach with the dogs, and how she managed her time with them. She took them on a field trip! She was conscientious in how she left the house and stayed with the dogs until I returned. I know the dogs were well taken care of and I didn't worry or ever have to initiate contact because Kathryn was so on top of it. Five stars!”

He followed all instructions, sent a few pictures, and I never had any issues getting in touch with him. I was nice to be on vacation and not have to worry about our pups at all!”
