The dogs are generally very cautious of strangers, and they were going through some sibling rivalry and needed to be kept apart - on separate floors of the house. Wayne and Jordan’s pet-sitting experience and patience were apparent in their daily communications and photos. It was great to see how the girls warmed up quickly! Al is a phenomenal sitter! He keeps constant updates and lets you know everything that is happening, when it happens and provides photos every time. My dog unexpectedly got sick the second day into Al’s stay and while I was stuck working, Al kept constant communication with me, providing photos and messages of what was going on, as well as cleaned up after everything and made sure my dog was taken care of in the best way possible. I am so appreciative of everything he did for my dog and never once was worried about whether or not my dog was being properly taken care of.
We had never used Rover before and weren't really sure what to expect, but Elena was amazing! She was very communicative and sent pics and updates everyday. When our contractor unexpectedly came to do some work on the house, she handled it beautifully. She even updated us on the contractor's coming and goings, which we very much appreciated. On top of all this, she took great care of our pup! Leaving your pet can be overwhelming, a little sad, and even make you feel a little guilty. Now we realize that we were leaving her with someone who truly cared for her just was much as we do. And that is a really good feeling. We felt that Elena really went above and beyond. We would love to use her again.
Savonna was so incredible! Her care for Canela was unmatched - she followed my instructions, asked questions on anything I was unclear about, and gave her so much love while I was gone. She took her for long walks, cuddled with her, and gave me great updates every morning and evening. She also took great care of the house. I came back to a happy dog and a clean home. I cannot recommend her enough! She’ll be my go-to for any house sitting from now on out.
We’ve been using Hannah for a few months now and she’s the best! Super reliable, communicative, and always attentive to Azul’s routine. He has separation anxiety so there’s a few extra steps involved in his care, and she’s always so thoughtful about handling everything. Ajia was wonderful! She took pictures and sent us little snippets of how the dogs were doing. We have one dog who needed daily medication and another dog who can have bursts of energy and then be a lap dog. Ajia loved both dogs. We will definitely use Ajia in the future.
Kylee was just fantastic! She asked the best questions to ensure she knew all she needs to know about our pups. She was very communicative and shared lots of photos. I felt extremely comfortable having her in my home with my dogs and knew they were in good hands at all times. I will 100% be using her more in the future!
We had a really great experience with Leydi. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and clearly cared a lot about our puppy. You can tell she genuinely loves animals—she gave our puppy plenty of attention, made sure all their needs were met, and kept everything calm and comfortable while we were away. It made a huge difference knowing our puppy was in good hands. We came back to a happy, well-cared-for dog, which says everything. I’d definitely trust her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
Kellie is absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and sweet with my 4yo Cavalier King Charles Spain, who’s a bit of a Velcro guy. She sent me lots of photos and videos and left my place in immaculate condition. Bertie was very happy and well looked after her. I will definitely use Kellie again!
