My dog is wheelchair bound, which was a new experience for her, but she did a perfect job with him and I was so at ease with her being there. She was also a wonderful house guest and left my apartment as clean as when I left! I’ve had some bad Rover experiences and some pretty good ones, but I have to say that Hayley has been the best. Paola was a lifesaver! She was able to do a short notice booking and was nothing short of awesome in caring for our babies and our house. She sent frequent updates, took great care of our cat and elderly dog, and was extremely responsive. She also took very good care of our house and was very respectful of the property.
