About: I love being around animals and have many years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats. I own a rescue dog, which has taught me the importance of patience and providing a safe, loving environment for animals of all backgrounds. I have volunteered for the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation and the Animal Welfare League of Arlington where I have looked after dogs and cats of various sizes, ages, energy levels, and temperaments. I have a flexible schedule and committed to ensuring pets feel comfortable, happy, and well-cared for while their families are away. I have recently graduated from William & Mary and have an open schedule with the flexibility to walk, feed, care, and tend to your pet during your preferred times of day. I am also available to house sit and stay overnight with your pet. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I will take that responsibility seriously. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 and have a Beagle who lives at my parents’ house. He’s 17 now so I have experience with older dogs. My boyfriend’s family has a small toy poodle who we have dog sat multiple times. Additionally, I have done dog walking for pets in the area. I usually take them out during my lunch break for a stroll around the block! I work from home everyday. My schedule on Monday’s and Fridays is typically pretty open. I am around most weekends so I have flexibility. My boyfriend, who also loves dogs works from home 2-3X per week so your pooch will get a lot of attention! Since I am currently in an apartment, smaller to medium sized dogs would be best. We also have a small balcony which dogs tend to love. Bonus: we have turf grass on there so they love it even more.
