About: I recently graduated with a PhD from George Mason University, so I'm highly organized and detail-oriented. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and pet sitting provides much-needed joy and balance to my sedentary work at a computer. I work remotely with flexible hours, so I am able to accommodate specific feeding times, frequent check-ins, and potty breaks. As a proud cat owner, I'm very observant and knowledgeable about cat behavior and body language. I provide calm and gentle care that helps even the most timid cats feel secure and safe in their own space. I am skilled with trimming nails and brushing, and am happy to provide those services upon request, depending on your cat's tolerance. I also have several years of experience managing overnight house sits and walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including Greyhounds, Pit Bulls, and Australian Shepherds. I am able to care for and manage a wide range of dog energy levels. Whether your dog is high-energy and needs a brisk walk or is an elderly senior who requires a slow, gentle pace and careful supervision, I’ve got them covered. I'm currently working a fully remote, part-time job so my schedule is very flexible. I am able to offer drop-in visits any day of the week, any time of day between 8am and 8pm. I offer overnight visits for up to 3 consecutive nights. Home visits and overnights: I double-check that all doors are securely locked after every visit, bring in mail, and ensure your home was well-maintained during my stay. Leash Safety & Walking: On walks, safety is non-negotiable. I use a secure grip, stay highly observant of our surroundings, and never allow interaction with unknown dogs or people on the street unless you give me permission. Whether handling a strong, high-energy breed, or a sensitive, anxious dog, I maintain total focus and connection with your dog. Cat Care: For drop-ins, I make sure to provide for all your cat's needs including changing water, feeding, scooping litter, and playtime, grooming, and cuddles as requested. I also take time to read your cat's body language—if they want play and interaction, I'm fully present; if they prefer a calm presence from a distance, I respect their boundaries. I'm experienced with brushing and cleaning ears, so I am happy to offer that upon request, depending on your cat's temperament and needs. Updates: You will receive detailed updates and photos during every visit and at regular intervals during overnight stays.

About: I’ve jumped at every opportunity to take care of friend’s and family members’ dogs since I was in elementary school! I’ve taken care of dogs with varying medical needs and across a range of breeds. I truly find any time spent with animals a gift, and I’m excited to begin my journey on Rover and help take care of yours. I am a teacher on summer break, so my availability is more than usual! I can walk dogs or drop in between 9:30 am and 12 pm or between 2:30 pm and 7 pm. However, beginning the last week of August, I will only be available after 4 pm due to my full-time job. I aim to begin fostering animals soon, but my residence is currently pet free, so I’ll have time to focus on your fur babies! I have experience with dogs across a spectrum of needs and have experience orally providing medication. As a teacher and dog-lover, I am patient and will work to create a safe environment that is attuned to the needs of your pet(s).

About: I've taken care of many breeds and ages of dogs including pets with behavioral issues, medical needs, senior dogs, and puppies! I am comfortable walking dogs of all sizes, and am happy to adjust to your pet's needs. I also have experience trimming nails, administering medication, and adhering to specific dietary needs. I am working 9-5 in the office during the week, but am happy to care for pets in the evenings or weekends! About: I grew up always taking care of my Labrador Retrievers! I’d be the primary care taker since I was home before my parents, so I’d be responsible for feeding and taking them outside. I’m currently in school full time at GWU, but I only have classes 3 days/ week, so I’m looking for something to fill my time. I am home almost all afternoons, evenings and weekends. I live in an apartment building on an end unit which is surrounded by a quiet, very friendly and walkable neighborhood. Depending on the service, I’d be able to and happy to bring dogs on long walks around our neighborhood.

About: I am experienced in both in-home care and drop in visits for walking and socializing. I have looked after senior dogs and puppies as well as cats. I absolutely adore taking any size dog out for a walk or to play ball with them. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available on weekdays and weekends. I am available during the day for walks or drop in visits and have availability for overnight stays as well. While in the client’s house, I am respectful of both their space as a home and their animals’ natural territory. That means keeping the space as clean (or cleaner) as I found it and respecting their personal property, especially during overnight sittings.
