My background gives me a solid foundation in recognizing early signs of illness or distress, and I’m trained in basic emergency protocols (non-technician level). On Fridays, I’m available after 1:30 PM. I’m happy to discuss specific scheduling needs and will always do my best to accommodate you and your pet’s routine! I’ve always been an animal lover—definitely more of an “animal person” than a “people person.” That passion led me into the veterinary field, where I’ve gained a strong foundation in animal care and safety. During drop-in visits and walks, my focus is on keeping your pet happy, comfortable, and safe in their familiar environment. I know being away from their people can be stressful, so I will do my very best to provide companionship, play, and plenty of reassurance. I'm attentive to each pet’s energy level and personality, and I always respect their boundaries. I’m also experienced in reading canine body language, which helps me provide a positive and low-stress experience on every visit. I love sharing updates, so you can expect regular photos, videos, and even a FaceTime call if you'd like! I keep my schedule manageable to ensure your pet gets the dedicated time and care they deserve.

About: I have taken classes in dog behaviors and how they act when they might need a particular action done. I have a NAPPS certification, which is National Association of Professional Pet Sitters that is earned for all small animals, both including dogs and cats. I have had my own very young puppy, so I know how to handle and train them in a gentle manner that they will respond to. I have tons of experience in senior dogs and cats, so I am patient to more slow animals or paying attention to them more and making sure they have what they need. I have an extremely open schedule and can stay over for longer periods of time than most people. I am free almost every single day for hours on end, so finding when I can come over is no trouble. I’m easy to schedule if I need to house sit, and am extremely responsible and willing to stay overnight when needed. I love taking care of animals in their own homes, knowing they’ll feel the most comfortable surrounded by their familiar surroundings. The only thing I care about is that your furry companions are safe and cared for in a way that they don’t feel out of place or missing the love they got before you left them in my care.
