About: I’ve been around dogs for years and have experience caring for dogs for family, friends and neighbors. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime and keeping dogs company. I’m responsible, patient and always make sure pets feel safe and comfortable. I’d love to give your dog some extra attention while you’re away or busy! I currently work just one hour in the morning and two hours in the afternoon, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits throughout most of the day and can easily work around your pet’s routine. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 and have a Beagle who lives at my parents’ house. He’s 17 now so I have experience with older dogs. My boyfriend’s family has a small toy poodle who we have dog sat multiple times. Additionally, I have done dog walking for pets in the area. I usually take them out during my lunch break for a stroll around the block! I work from home everyday. My schedule on Monday’s and Fridays is typically pretty open. I am around most weekends so I have flexibility. My boyfriend, who also loves dogs works from home 2-3X per week so your pooch will get a lot of attention! Since I am currently in an apartment, smaller to medium sized dogs would be best. We also have a small balcony which dogs tend to love. Bonus: we have turf grass on there so they love it even more.

About: Hi, I'm Chloe! I am 25 and am located in Arlington. I love working with animals, and have quite a bit of experience myself. I have a sweet kitty named Pumpkin, who is my very best friend! I am from a small town, Berryville, where I grew up with many dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, you name it! I have years of experience of pet-sitting, volunteering at animal shelters, as well as assisting one of my childhood dogs in giving birth to 9 puppies. About: I have taken care of my two dogs for 10 years now. I have also dog sat my neighbors and family friends dogs. I also have taken care of fish and bunnies. I am flexible but I am a collegiate student athlete. My time is more flexible on the weekends but I would be open to walking or checking in on a dog in between classes during the week. I can only dog sit in the clients home because I live on my school’s campus. I will feed, pet, cuddle, play, and walk your dog. Whatever preferences you have I will follow.

About: I grew up around lot's of golden retrievers (and other dog breeds too)! I love all animals but am most experienced with bigger, more active dogs. The golden retriever my family has now is vastly different from the golden I had growing up. Harper our first dog, adored people but displayed a lot of leash aggression around dogs she didn't know. Millie, our current dog, also loves people but wants to befriend any and all dogs she passes. Having lots of experience walking both of them, I know how drastically different dog personalities can be. With Harper I got very used to changing course on my walks to avoid other dogs and only letting her interact with dogs she knew and owners I trusted. Communicating with other dog owners while out on a walk is very important to me because every dog is different and sometimes interactions can be unpredictable. Regular exercise, mentally stimulating play/interaction, affection, attentive care, and proper training are very important aspects of having a pet. I love going on long walks and hikes, playing fetch in nearby parks, and genuinely enjoy looking after pets. I am also very passionate about cleaning up after dogs and leaving no trace. During a home visit, you can expect that I will feed and medicate your pet if necessary (I only have experience with oral meds), refill their water, let them out to use the bathroom, give them lots of cuddles, and play or walk them till they are tired out. I have lots of available time at the moment while taking a break from travel and would love to fill it looking after local pets! I have a fully fenced in backyard, a friendly and an energetic two-year-old golden named Millie who loves making new friends, and lots of experience with crate training.
