About: I've taken care of animals since I was a kid. Ever since I can remember there have always been pets and animals in and around my family. My family had dogs and cats growing up, I've also had fish, turtles, and geckos. I have some experience (not certified) in dog training, as I trained my current dog with my brother. I am comfortable with dogs of any size, having grown up around larger breeds. I currently work in the evenings, except for Tuesdays and Saturdays. This leaves me free in the mornings and afternoons to walk and take care of pets. I make sure I have all the information I need about whoever I'm looking after. I ask for the owner's preferences with types of walks, length, play, treats, etc. I report any potential issues with the pets to the owners.

You can count on regular updates and photos, and I always have emergency vet info on hand just in case. I treat every dog like they're my own — because honestly, that's just how I roll. I currently work full time, so my availability fluctuates week to week — but I'm typically free by 4pm on weekdays and can accommodate evening visits. I also have occasional weekdays off and am always available on Sundays. I'm happy to talk through your schedule and see what works for both of us! Safety is always my first priority — I do a quick check of doors and windows when I arrive and stay mindful of exits, especially with cats who might try to slip out. I know how easily that can happen, so I'm always careful. I keep the environment calm and low-stress for every pet. With cats, I never force interaction — if they want to hide for the first hour, that's totally fine. I let them set the pace and engage on their terms. With small dogs, I'm equally mindful of their surroundings, making sure they're not in situations that could feel overwhelming or unsafe for their size.
