About: I have a Chihuahua Yorkie mix and a Schnauzer mix so I am very familiar with high energy dogs and I will give your dog the attention they need! I really enjoy training with dogs and can reinforce or begin any training that you would like me to! I have experience training dog agility, nose work, fun attention games, and many different positive reinforcement techniques for different dogs. One of our dogs is anxious and reactive, so I am very familiar with avoiding triggers, counter conditioning, and have taken classes on managing reactivity! Our other dog is a tripod, and became so through multiple surgeries while we had him, so I have experience working with dogs with different mobility needs and during surgery as well. I love to spend my nights and weekends cuddled on the couch with dogs or walking around new places, and I'll happily incorporate your dog into whichever they prefer, or both! I have a flexible part time job, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to walking, playing with, or cuddling your dogs just like I would mine! I prefer to take care of your dog in their known environment so that they can stay comfortable. I will do my best to stick as closely to your routines as possible so that they know what to expect. However, we will add some fun, so that they have a great vacation too!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 and have a Beagle who lives at my parents’ house. He’s 17 now so I have experience with older dogs. My boyfriend’s family has a small toy poodle who we have dog sat multiple times. Additionally, I have done dog walking for pets in the area. I usually take them out during my lunch break for a stroll around the block! I work from home everyday. My schedule on Monday’s and Fridays is typically pretty open. I am around most weekends so I have flexibility. My boyfriend, who also loves dogs works from home 2-3X per week so your pooch will get a lot of attention! Since I am currently in an apartment, smaller to medium sized dogs would be best. We also have a small balcony which dogs tend to love. Bonus: we have turf grass on there so they love it even more.

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was a kid, both my own and those of friends and neighbors. I have cared for puppies through senior dogs and understand the needs of various ages and breeds. My own rescue dog recently died at age 15 after 14 years together. Prior to him, I grew up caring for rescue dogs of a variety of breeds and mutts. I have intimate experience working dogs of various needs, quirks and wonderful personalities and can’t wait to meet yours. I am a public school teacher so during the school year, I am gone much of the day during the week. For the past 14 years I had my own pup and am used to (and love) early morning, afternoon and nighttime long walks. On weekends, I am around much more and can easily adapt my schedule to your dog’s needs. My partner recently moved in with me and is also a dog lover. His schedule may allow for a midday walk on some weekdays. I live in a pet-friendly condo building near Four Mile Run. There are ample trails for walking and a large dog park just under a mile from my home. In my home, I am fine with pets on furniture but will also follow your preferences.

We booked pretty last minute and Iryna was very prompt, communicative, and professional. She coordinated a meeting right away to come meet my boy and learn about our setup where she asked all the right questions to properly care for him. Since we were only gone for a few days I told Iryna she didn’t have to worry about cleaning the litterbox but she offered to do it anyways and took the bags out every day. Iryna followed my instructions perfectly and went above and beyond; playing with my active boy, checking his water fountain levels daily, and sending us detailed reports with lots of pictures. I will definitely be booking her again and recommend her to any pet parents who prioritize their babies!”
