Tara F.

“Absolutely excellent. We went on a long trip to Asia and the biggest thing for me was that I could actually enjoy my trip because I knew they were in great hands. She walked our dog daily in addition to playing with her outside in the backyard and really helped get her energy out and quality time. She was patient and kind with our cats and did an excellent job in finding ways to get them to take their medicine (3 of the 4 cats take medication). She cleaned our house throughout the stay but did a final clean on the day we got back and that was such a huge plus for us. It was nice coming home to happy animals and a clean house in order. So happy we found Tara and can’t wait to have her pet sit again.”

Arial G.
“Arial takes care of my sweet Perla when I travel. She takes such a good care and gives her love and keep us update of how she is doing. Perla is always excited to see her!”

Louise W.

“Louise was great with my cat Maya. Maya has a particular need to get her eyes cleaned up and Louise took very good care of her! I hope to have Louise take care of Maya whenever I am out of the town! Thanks Louise”

Melissa S.

“This was Melissa's second time watching my two cats and she continued to do an excellent job! I was impressed by how quickly my extremely shy cat warmed up to her (he hides from almost everyone, no matter how often they're here). She went above and beyond by giving my two cats a cactus toy that they love! Will continue to book with Melissa in the future”

Amber H.

“Amber did so great! We have an older cat who needed medicine twice a day. Amber was able to administer that medicine successfully each day, despite the feisty nature of our cat. We would absolutely book Amber again!”

Jennifer G.

“Jennifer was really great at communicating with me while she was checking in on my baby. She took great care of Panchito and sent me updates while I was away. It was super easy to schedule and coordinate with her as well!”

Aidan D.

“Aidan did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Rubie ! Was very thorough and wrote a nice report card after letting her out. He was respectful of our home and took proper precautions for the future (locking house doors, shutting gate etc). Would gladly utilize his dog walking services in the future.”

Janey G.
“JANEY is a responsible pet sitter. She adores her own dog Lola and is very aware of what she wants in a sitter for Lola. She’s caring and will provide safe and fun care for your pet.”

Catarina D.

“Will def come back to Catarina :)”

Drew R.
“Drew is an amazing pet sitter. He was able to take care of my anxious dog well and communicated effectively throughout the whole stay. I would absolutely recommend Drew!”

Lindsay K.

“Lindsay is the BEST. She is such a caring and attentive person, I felt totally comfortable having her check in on my newly adopted cat - my first ever pet. She gave me incredible peace of mind knowing that she has a lot of experience with cats and genuinely cares about their well-being. Not to mention my normally timid cat was immediately a fan of her! Lindsay is responsive, provides updates on how my cat has been doing, and overall just really pleasant. I’ll absolutely be hiring her again in the future.”

Simone D.
“Simone is an excellent sitter. She has watched our pets Lucky and Scout many times. Simone always sends many photos and videos throughout the day and is super responsive. Will continue to ask her to watch our dogs!”

Paola M.

“Paola was a last minute find and handled mid day and late evening walks while I was on a work trip. She instantly bonded with my dog during a meet and greet and left detailed messages / photos after each visit. Highly recommend Paola!”

About: I used to have a black lab retriever, that I had for over ten years, she's a relatively big dog, so I'm familiar with caring for and watching larger animals. For the past four years I have been paid to watch and care for other pets other than my own, so I am familiar with watching other people's pets. My black lab was untrained for years, so if your pet happens to not be trained then that is okay because I am completely comfortable with an untrained animal. Since I do have a dog, I would not be able to host cats, but I do not mind watching them at your home. A little bit more about myself, I graduated from Penn State in 2018, with a degree in Political Science, and a minor in History, I also have a masters in Legal Studies from American University. I'm originally from upstate NY and moved to the DMV a little over a year ago. I work remote most days and am able to give my dog the love and attention she deserves. I make sure to take her out so gets enough daily exercise. I’m very on top of watching my dog and keeping a safe environment for all animals. I keep all things that could potentially be harmful out of their reach.

Raven A.
“Raven is a very caring and compassionate individual. I have had the pleasure of both working with her as her supervisor, and being her best friend, and I can not say enough good things about her. She loves animals and I would 1000% trust her with my own dogs and rabbit.”

Mary W.

“Mary was super friendly and communicative with her visits at our home! We felt less stressed being away from our little puppy. Thank you Mary!”

Erica G.

“Erica was amazing! She took great care of my older rabbit, and was flexible when we had to reschedule drop-in visits due to cancelled flights. She sent photos of my bunny every visit, and he was a very happy bun when we got home!”

Harmony P.

“We have a very affectionate but initially shy cat with new people. Harmony did an excellent job gaining his trust in a short period of time! Our cat was well taken care of in our absence - we absolutely recommend Harmony.”

Kayleigh S.
“Kayleigh is an excellent cat care taker -- she always takes pictures of my boys to show me and they look so happy! One of my cats takes medication and she gives it to him every night, no problem. She also has experience taking care of cats that don't get along, which is a life saver!”

About: As a longtime animal lover, I've grown up with a minimum of two pups in the family at a time ranging from the size a small poodle mix to a German Shepard. I have volunteered at numerous no-kill animal shelters in the past and took to fostering cats for AWLA the past few years. During my time as a pet owner and foster, I've become adept at administering medication, positive reinforcement of training commands, feeding, walking, and overall providing companionship to your furry friend. I work a hybrid schedule (two days in office) and have my own transportation so I'm fairly flexible on later weekdays (Wednesday-Friday) and weekends for sittings/drop-ins. My home is quiet and conveniently located in front of a beautiful walking trail that I enjoy using for breaks in a workday. I’d be happy to be kept company throughout my day by a friendly pup or a cool cat. I'll always be respectful to your home and privacy and follow the instructions left by a client. If your pet has special circumstances, needs crating, or is allowed to roam freely, I will ensure that my space is set up similarly or follow your instruction within your own home. My home is quiet, located within a pet-friendly community, in front of a beautiful walking trail, and makes a great stay for any pet. Additionally, I only board 1 pet at a time or multiples who come from the same household so I can guarantee your pet will have the specialized attention they deserve.
