About: I’ve owned my dog for 8 years and have volunteered at dog shelters as a dog walker for over 7 years. I have also completed Pat Miller’s Level 1 dog training academy. I have experience with reactive and fearful dogs. I work full time, but I can walk dogs on my lunch break or after work. I use force free training and positive reinforcement with my dog. I use force free training with my dog, so I’m not comfortable with choke/prong/shock collars. I use positive reinforcement to get the desired behavior. I have experience with reactive and fearful dogs.

About: I’ve been around pets my entire life. I grew up with both small and large dogs with all kinds of different needs. Truly, I understand that each pet has its own unique needs which I’m patient and willing to understand. As an adult I’ve owned/lived with 3 small dogs (pug, 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels) and a cat so I’m fully capable of taking care of multiple animals at once. I’ve cared for both my cavaliers from puppy through their seniors years including one being in a wheel chair his last year of life so I have experience with dogs in all years of their life. My cat was adopted as kitten so also familiar with cats during all years of life. Over the years I’ve done pet sitting and walked dogs for friends and neighbors in addition to my own pets. My work schedule is flexible with a blend of in person and remote work so we can discuss a schedule that fits your pets needs. Safety, trust, and respect are extremely important to me. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow all care instructions closely, keep pets on their normal routine, and maintain a calm, safe environment. I treat every home with care and respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I believe clear communication builds trust, so I provide regular updates and photos and am always available if you need to reach me. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet and your home are in good hands.

About: I have a Chihuahua Yorkie mix and a Schnauzer mix so I am very familiar with high energy dogs and I will give your dog the attention they need! I really enjoy training with dogs and can reinforce or begin any training that you would like me to! I have experience training dog agility, nose work, fun attention games, and many different positive reinforcement techniques for different dogs. One of our dogs is anxious and reactive, so I am very familiar with avoiding triggers, counter conditioning, and have taken classes on managing reactivity! Our other dog is a tripod, and became so through multiple surgeries while we had him, so I have experience working with dogs with different mobility needs and during surgery as well. I love to spend my nights and weekends cuddled on the couch with dogs or walking around new places, and I'll happily incorporate your dog into whichever they prefer, or both! I have a flexible part time job, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to walking, playing with, or cuddling your dogs just like I would mine! I prefer to take care of your dog in their known environment so that they can stay comfortable. I will do my best to stick as closely to your routines as possible so that they know what to expect. However, we will add some fun, so that they have a great vacation too!
