About: I’ve been around pets my entire life. I grew up with both small and large dogs with all kinds of different needs. Truly, I understand that each pet has its own unique needs which I’m patient and willing to understand. As an adult I’ve owned/lived with 3 small dogs (pug, 2 cavalier King Charles spaniels) and a cat so I’m fully capable of taking care of multiple animals at once. I’ve cared for both my cavaliers from puppy through their seniors years including one being in a wheel chair his last year of life so I have experience with dogs in all years of their life. About: I’ve been around and cared for dogs all of my life. I work from home with a nice fenced backyard and I live across the street from Bluemont park with lots of fields and trails for exploring. I have a 9 year old golden Cavalier (Clover) and we go on long walks in the park and around the neighborhood. Your dog will be allowed on the furniture and the bed if you like or in their crate when needed if that is your preference. I’m home all day and give lots of attention to the dogs I care for. I will only care for one dog at a time along with my dog. I am self employed and work from home so your dog will get lots of attention. Your dog will rarely be left alone and if so not for a long time. I take daily walks (2 times a day) so that is already part of my routine. I have a fenced yard and a doggie door if your dog likes to use that. I also have a 9 year old golden Cavalier to keep your dog company.

About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats for almost my whole life--we had two dogs and a cat in the house since I was about 8 years old, and I also took care of the neighbors' pets consistently! Over the past few years, I've regularly house sat and watched my neighbor's dog for 3-14 days a time, and also gave him 8 pills a day to help prevent his seizures. “I can't recommend Patrick and his wife enough! This was my first time leaving my 6-month-old puppy for a work trip and I was a bit nervous about how he would adjust. They were right on schedule for both drop-off and pick up, which made everything so smooth. Communication was excellent throughout the entire time—I got plenty of updates about how Princeton was doing and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. They were very accommodating and understanding when my flight was delayed, which helped ease my stress from that day. When I went to pick up Princeton, he almost didn’t want to leave, which says it all! It was clear he had such a great time and was well cared for. I will definitely be reaching out to Patrick again next time I need someone to look after my pup. Knowing he’s in such good hands gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely Endorse Emily! Your dog is in the Best spot with Emily! We went to the beach for a week and our regular doggy sitter was not available. Pulled in by the reviews and messages between Emily and myself, I felt assured that my dog, Zeta, would be well taken care of while we were gone. Emily is a mature young lady with an enthusiastic personality and interacts naturally with the dogs. Emily's house is perfectly set up for dogs of all sizes-it is a large yard with lots of space to run and cool places to explore. She has doggy beds and everything to provide water and a good meal for them. In addition, Emily takes the dogs for daily runs and to a dog park right by her house. When I picked up Zeta at the end of the week she was happy to see me but I could tell that she had a great week with Emily.”
