About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since I was two years old. I grew up on a farm with many cats, kittens, puppies, dogs, goats, chickens, bunnies. etc. I love ALL animals and strive to give them the best care while their parents are away! Anytime. Both my husband and I are always home throughout the day, as we have opposite schedules. Your babies will have eyes on them at all times and we can do drop ins whenever needed! I treat every animal as if they are my own. It's extremely important to take care of these babies with patience, care, love and attention!

About: I love caring for my dogs! Growing up, we always had a family dog, so I’ve become very attached to fur babies. Currently, I have two adorable dogs that I adopted overseas and brought to the US because they are my forever babies! I would also love to take your fur buddies for a walk, play with them at the park, and care for them the same way I care for mine. I work late shifts, so I’m available to drop by in the mornings and usually in the evenings. I’m more flexible on weekends and can adjust to your needs as necessary. I recently moved into an apartment, so I don’t have a yard for my dogs to run around. Luckily, there’s a nearby dog park, and we go there almost every day as long as the weather permits. I make sure my dogs get the daily exercise they need, even when they don’t get to play at the park. A 30‑minute to one‑hour walk is never an issue for us! Unfortunately, I’m unable to care for your dogs in my home because my babies were traumatized by encounters with other dogs. On multiple occasions, they were approached by unleashed dogs while we were walking, and they’ve been very defensive ever since.

About: Dog owner in the DMV with experience walking friends', families' and neighbors' dogs, providing top notch care. Experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I work from home 4 days a week and depending on my meeting schedule am available for mid-day short walks or drop-ins. Always happy to discuss timing that works for everyone. I abide by the instructions set by the client, but place a premium on pet safety. Pets will not be forced into harnesses until they feel comfortable with me, I take care to make sure no pets escape, and that I leave every home as I found it.

About: I've been a dog lover my whole life! I've had my own dog since I was 24 years old. Before that I had a family dog growing up. For almost 17 years I had a Boston Terrier. In the time that I had her, I administered various medication and care. I trained her as a puppy at 8 weeks old and took care of her as a senior dog when she was blind and deaf with doggie dementia. I have experience with all ages of dogs. I work full-time as a teacher. During the school year, I'm gone from 8:20am-4:40pm M-F. I do have a dog walker that comes between 11-1 to provide a 15 minute walk. She is able to take 1 other dog with her, with your permission. On the weekends I'm usually home most of the time and love spending it with my pup! Walks at least 3 times a day in a very dog-friendly neighborhood! I have a 7-year-old boxer mix. He is a rescue who is very sweet, but a bit timid at first. He loves to play with other dogs, though! Although I don't have a fenced yard, I do have a tether that allows my dog (and any doggie visitors) to enjoy the outside with supervision, of course! My pup loves to bathe in the sunshine. I live within 10 minutes walking distance of Shirlington dog park. So lots of play time options!
