I work remotely and set my own schedule, which allows me to be flexible with cat-sitting requests. I prefer at least one day’s notice so I can plan my schedule and ensure I give your fur baby the attention they deserve! However, I understand that last-minute needs come up—feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate same-day requests when possible. I take pride in being responsive and reliable, and I’m sure after some discussion we can find a schedule that fits your needs!

Every cat has a unique personality and comfort level, so I like to start with a free consultation whenever possible. This gives us a chance to go over your cat’s routine and specific care instructions, and also allows your cat to get familiar with my presence and scent in a low-stress way. I also ask that you share any important details ahead of time, such as behavioral quirks (shy, anxious, territorial, etc.), feeding instructions, medical needs, medications, and any triggers or sensitivities your cat may have. The more I know in advance, the better!

Since every cat is different I always prefer to do a free consultation before with the clients in attendance so I can know any important details of your cat. The owner being in attendance while their cat is getting to know my scent pays off a lot! If that’s not possible just let me know of any behavioral issues beforehand so I know what to expect!
A typical day
The activities are mostly dependent on the behavior of the cat since every cat is so different from each other. For the most part I’ll try to do enrichment play, so if you have interactive toys like wands or feather chasers those can do most of the heavy lifting. Anything routine and comfort related so feeding them snacks, and just hanging out quietly in the room so they can settle with me. If I get lucky maybe some cuddles as well!

Whenever I’ve needed someone to look after my cat Rocky, Emad has always stepped in and taken amazing care of him. Rocky can be a bit particular, but he’s always comfortable and well cared for with Emad. I never have to worry when I’m away because I know he’s in good hands. Emad is attentive, responsible, and genuinely great with animals. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and thoughtful pet sitter.
