What I loved the most is that she thought about everything that an owner may want to have peace of mind while away, asked the questions to validate and understand in our meet and greet and then delivered on it. Kathryn was detailed and communicative when it came to her approach with the dogs, and how she managed her time with them. She took them on a field trip! She was conscientious in how she left the house and stayed with the dogs until I returned. I know the dogs were well taken care of and I didn't worry or ever have to initiate contact because Kathryn was so on top of it. Five stars!”

My dog is wheelchair bound, which was a new experience for her, but she did a perfect job with him and I was so at ease with her being there. She was also a wonderful house guest and left my apartment as clean as when I left! I’ve had some bad Rover experiences and some pretty good ones, but I have to say that Hayley has been the best.
