In your home? whatever you say! When i arrive, I always give your pet a chance to see/smell me before i move away from the door into the home. Also - I am OCD about locking up, so no worries there!

Schedule
I can accommodate morning, midday and/or early evening visits. But i can only do two visits per day. I can also do overnights. I would leave after the morning walk/care (and I would of course return for any other daytime walks/visits), but i would not hang out all day.
