“Amina has dog-sat for us several times a year since we adopted our 5-year-old Yorkie, Casha, at 5 months. She is simply the best! When we are lucky enough to get her, my vacations are always more relaxed because I know my dog is getting the best care and having fun. My dog loves Amina. She also is amazing at following any instructions and suggestions. Last trip I suggested a walk to a beautiful ravine path, so she brought my dog there twice! She even took amazing photos of their visit which made me so happy and was an added keepsake for my husband and me. “Zoe is an awesome pet sitter. Dependable, trustworthy, caring—everything you want when someone is coming into your home to take care of your pets. Both of our cats did great with her. One of them has idiosyncratic eating habits and Zoe handled them well. And there were never dirty kitty dishes in the sink when we returned, unlike what some other sitters left behind. Taking a chance with a pet sitter can feel risky, but Zoe is great. You can feel comfortable leaving your cats in her capable hands.”

“Ashley was fantastic with our high energy, 1 year old German Shepard mix (Lola). She house-sat for us from Thursday through Monday. As a Rover sitter myself, I have a high standard for the people that watch and care for my dog. I was a little unsure since she was just getting started on the platform and didn’t have a lot of reviews, but we are really glad we gave her a chance. Her schedule was somewhat limited some of the days we needed her, but she was transparent ahead of time and proactive about offering/working out arrangements with her family to drop in while she wasn’t around. Her dad was amazing as well and Lola got plenty of exercise and attention and wasn’t alone for long at all! Ashley was kind, respectful and responsible and treated our house with a lot of care. She paid attention to all our instructions, and Lola really seemed to barely miss us at all. Ashley also has a passion for photography and took a bunch of great photos. We have already begun discussing our next trip and if she can stay with Lola again!”
