About: I've had dogs and cats in my life since I was 6 — including a big drooling bullmastiff and a German shepherd growing up. As an adult I owned two cats, and for the past 8 years I've regularly cared for friends' dogs and cats. I work from home, so I'm very flexible. I've been living very close to Virginia square metro for the last 10 years. I will be doing walks around this area only. I live in an apartment building. Currently I am not accepting pets to stay over night, because I already have a pet and the apartment would be too crowded for 2 pets.

About: I have experience caring for all kinds of pets and understand the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, affection, and keeping pets on their normal routine. I have a flexible schedule amd am able to work from home. I genuinely enjoy making pet care part of my daily routine. As a dog and cat owner myself, I'm already used to feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and companionship throughout the day. I'm available for walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, and helping keep your pets comfortable and cared for while you're away. I'll always do my best to accommodate your pet's normal routine and needs, and will treat them as if they were my own. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone you trust, and I treat every animal like they're my own. I always pay close attention to routines, feeding instructions, medications, leash safety, and each pet's unique personality and comfort level. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I aim to create a calm, loving, and stress-free environment where they feel safe, secure, and well cared for. I work from home 3 days a week and love walking often—caring for pets fits perfectly into my flexible, animal-loving daily routine! Walks or visits! I follow each pet’s routine closely, providing loving attention, play, walks, clean-ups, and comfort—whether in my home or theirs. Safety and respect always comes first.

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs all my life! I am experienced with reactive dogs as well! I am about to get a puppy myself in my home! Please consider that if you intend on boarding with me. I work remote so I am able to drop by and let your pet out/ play/ walk your pet as needed! I understand feeling guilty about letting your pet be home alone all day and I’m here to help! I also am experienced with reactive dogs too! I will be getting a puppy July 2026 as well so please take that into consideration when booking boarding. I will always be cautious of entering your home and leaving your home to prevent any type of escapes and make sure that they are content before I leave and make sure nothing is in reach to maximum safety!

About: Hi, I'm Haley! I recently moved to Northern Virginia from Metro Detroit for work and am excited to get to know the area—one dog walk at a time! I've been a dog lover my entire life and grew up with multiple dogs. Back home, I have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever/Lab mix named Creed, who is truly my best friend. Since moving, I've really missed having dogs around, which is one of the reasons I joined Rover. Starting in high school, I regularly dog sat and cared for pets for several families in my neighborhood. Whether they were away on vacation or just needed an extra hand, I helped with walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure their pets felt loved and comfortable while they were gone. I'm very active and love being outdoors, so long walks, runs, and playtime are something I genuinely enjoy. My work schedule as a medical device representative varies from day to day, so no two weeks look exactly the same. Because of that, I often have weekdays where I finish work early and have plenty of time available for dog walks and pet care. I also don't work weekends, which means I'm available throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays. I keep my Rover calendar up to date so you'll always know my availability before booking. Since I currently offer dog walking services, my goal is to make every walk safe, fun, and tailored to your dog's needs and energy level. Whether your pup enjoys a leisurely stroll or a more active walk, I'm happy to accommodate their routine. I'll always treat your dog with the same care and attention I'd give my own. During each visit, I'll make sure they have fresh water when we return, provide plenty of love and attention, and keep you updated with photos and a summary of our walk. About: I recently started dog walking and love it - also love cats too! I'm pretty patient, and I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I'm currently in between jobs, so I have a lot of time to cat sit, dog walk, or pet sit - ideally looking to care for pets in the Arlington, Alexandria, DC area. Anywhere that I can either walk to or get to by metro! About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since I was 8. Since then, I’ve started watching my neighbors dogs along with my own three dogs. I’m enjoying my last summer before starting work full time, so I am available at all hours of the day to care for your fur babies! I provide the utmost attention to all the dogs that I watch. I believe that it’s important to not only provide food, bathroom care, and water, but also lots of love and attention to each animal.

About: I’ve had multiple pets throughout my life- ranging from gerbils to birds to dogs. I love all animals and find joy in taking care of them. I have experience with my Pomeranian and have dog sat anywhere from tiny French Bulldogs to large Pit-bulls. Each dog has their own personality and I love that about them. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and helped with dog adoption events. I am a huge softy for cuddlers, but also understand that not all dogs like that (for example my Pomeranian, Ricky). While I do not have much experience with cats, I will play with them as much as they allow! I promise your pet could not be left in more caring hands! I am very responsible and will take great care of your furry friend!
