Aaron is incredible. My very shy 9 y/o rescue seemed to warm up to him very quickly. He provided frequent updates and was somehow able to coax her into eating earlier than normal. It usually takes for a day and a half to settle in and start eating and he was able to do it pretty quickly. He sent pictures and even a video which showed me how happy and content she was. I had a long/stressful business trip and I’m always nervous having her with someone new for the first time however, Aaron made it stress-free as I knew she was in good hands. Will definitely be calling Aaron to watch Gracie again.
Trevor and Kari were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly accommodating when we needed a sitter on short notice after another arrangement fell through. From the moment we met them, we felt comfortable leaving Kobe in their care while we traveled to Japan for two weeks. They kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Kobe comes with specific feeding instructions and daily medications, and Trevor and Kari did an excellent job making sure all of his needs were met. Most importantly, he was well cared for and received all of the snuggles and attention he demands! We could tell he felt right at home. We are so grateful for their flexibility, kindness, and excellent care. We would not hesitate to book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, attentive, and caring sitters!
We are so grateful to Nani for taking such wonderful care of our dog, Loki, while we were away for four days. She treated him like part of her family and kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear from the pictures that Loki was having a fantastic time playing with her dog and getting lots of love and attention. Nani is kind, reliable, and truly loves animals. This was my first time using rover, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John was reliable, communicative, and cared about Bella well being. I would receive updates and photos which gave me peace knowing she was good while I was gone. Bella was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. John would take her on daily walks which Bella loved.
