“This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time. She really liked the variety toys that Alyce keeps for the dogs and roaming the nice, fenced backyard! We appreciated Alyce’s consistent communication and we had no doubt that our dog was in great, responsible hands and also enjoying herself! Sush and her family took excellent care of my Bolt. I was getting regular updates and most importantly Bolt seemed happy and enjoying his time with Sush on all the pictures. She also has a fenced yard which was perfect for my dog. I can genuinely tell that Sush and her family care about animals and treat their as their own. Bolt was very happy at the end, he even got a Christmas gift and was well taken care of upon pickup which made an even greater impression. About: I absolutely love cats! While I don’t have any of my own due to my dad’s allergies, I’ve been co-parenting two cats with my best friend for a few years now. Corey was able to pick up my pups and bring them home which was a huge help, as I am not very familiar with the DC Metro area in addition to the horrific traffic. They sent me photos during the day to let me know how my dogs were doing, which was great as I am a helicopter pet parent. What began as a last minute doggy day care issue became a blessing as I will always utilize Corey and Nyla in the future when visiting my brother in Alexandria. I should also mention that I have a bossy female toy poodle Lu and a mini Aussie puppy Finn. They are both well trained but get super excited being around new people and Finn needs mental and physical stimulation throughout the day. They both came home to me happy and sleepy, I know that Finn would not be sleepy if he did not get the stimulation that he needs especially at this stage of his life. Thank you, Corey and Nyla! About: I have taken care of dogs for over 20 years- I am great with all breeds and have a knack for training puppies (and older dogs too!) I am working from home and live right along a beautiful pet friendly park! I go on walks and runs throughout the day so love taking pups out with me! I ensure dogs are well taken care of and have experience administering different medications to dogs (including allergy injections) and following dietary restrictions or other needs. I show a lot of love and affection to pups and will keep them occupied and hopefully burn some of their energy playing and going on walks/runs!

About: I’ve had furry family members all my life. Finally got my own and live having a pup to train, pamper and love on. Let me share that experience with you and your pup as well☺️ I work from home, which makes pup care easier. My pup goes on a 30-60min walk or fetch in the fenced s hook fields near me around 7.30-8, eats around 10.30am with a quick walk outside soon after. She naps and is free to play. Last walk and dinner is around 6.30-7.30. Jade sleeps in her crate beside my bed. I’m able to give as much attention to her as needed because my schedule is flexible. I am very tidy and keep hazards away from the pups. I use dog-safe cleaning products. I also have a nest doorbell camera to monitor those coming and going. Plants are out of reach. I have access to fenced parks and fields less than 1min walk where I take Jade regularly. I like to play Chakra Healing Frequencies

Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. Jennifer was extra kind this time, giving him medicine and more walks since he couldn’t run around her spacious front yard due to a healing injury. We love getting updates and adorable pictures throughout his time there. I’m not sure Harley really wanted to leave!”
“This weekend was our first experience using Rover for a sitter for our pup, Maisie, and we couldn’t have asked for better than Alyce and her family to watch her! Alyce hosted us for a meet and greet beforehand to make sure that Maisie and her dog would get along, which really put our minds at ease. Over the course of her stay, we received several photos and videos of Maisie playing with the other dogs and with Alyce’s sons, and you could just tell she was having a fantastic time. She really liked the variety toys that Alyce keeps for the dogs and roaming the nice, fenced backyard! We appreciated Alyce’s consistent communication and we had no doubt that our dog was in great, responsible hands and also enjoying herself! We would definitely recommend booking with Alyce and are confident we’ll be requesting her services again in the future!”
