Susan was great - communicative, attentive, and incredibly responsible. While I was away, my dog unexpectedly got sick, and Susan handled everything with great care. It was definitely scary, but Susan never left Rio’s side and kept me updated the whole time. In the end, Rio luckily ended up being totally fine, and I was really grateful to have Susan there taking such good care of her.
Shushma and her family are amazing! She saved me during the last snow storm when the person meant to watch Haddie couldn’t get home due to flight cancellations and it was absolutely meant to be.
