I also like to have your vet’s information just in case. You’re welcome to bring their bed, crate, or favorite toy to help them feel at home. And let me know how often you’d like updates. A typical day
A typical day with me is pretty simple—lots of love, attention, and fresh air. We start the morning with a potty break and usually a nice walk to get some energy out. I love being outside, so walks and yard time happen often (my fenced-in yard is perfect for safe play). During the day there’s playtime, belly rubs, and plenty of check-ins so your pup never feels alone. I stick to their usual feeding schedule and can handle medications if needed. In the evening, we wind down with another walk and some cozy cuddle time so they feel right at home.

My senior (15 year old) dog Sadie and I had a great experience with Nilka while I was traveling in Italy. Nilka is warm and friendly and she and her family obviously love dogs, including their own dog Sunny. They made Sadie feel very comfortable. Sadie has Cushing's disease and Nilka handled it like a pro. She gave Sadie plenty of age appropriate exercise, either on short walks or in the backyard, and administered her medication on schedule. I got regular updates with photos and videos, and I could tell my girl was in good hands, which helped me relax and enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend her and would definitely leave Sadie with her again.
Nilka took amazing care of our dog Rocko while we were away. She kept us updated throughout and was always easy to reach, which gave us complete peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and we’d trust her with Rocko anytime.
