“Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes! She kept in touch sending pics and videos showing Lady doing what she loves most...playing ball and sleeping alongside those she is comfortable with. This was our first time ever leaving a pet with someone not a family member or close friend. She was there from Friday morning to Sunday evening. A great comfort to know she wasn't alone at night. “They were great! Lincoln met with them a few days before the stay and was immediately comfortable. There house was very clean and the enclosed backyard was very spacious leaving a lot of room for the dogs to play and secure enough to prevent them from getting out. I had the best experience with Nachay! She updated me frequently and was always very responsive. She made sure Teddy was comfortable and happy during his 6 day stay.
