Sunny showed some separation anxiety on the first day, and Ivana was extremely patient with her and gave her the time she needed to settle in and feel comfortable. Ivana also did a great job keeping us updated with messages and pictures throughout Sunny’s stay, which really helped put our minds at ease while we were away. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about Sunny and wanted her to feel safe and happy. We felt very comfortable leaving Sunny in her care and would definitely use Ivana again. This is our second time booking Alex and our review remains the same. Our anxiety was significantly less this time around lol. Our Leo was in the best care and introduced to new fur friends. Shushma and her family are amazing! She saved me during the last snow storm when the person meant to watch Haddie couldn’t get home due to flight cancellations and it was absolutely meant to be. She provided lots of updates and it was clear the family and their dogs had completely embraced Haddie as one of their own.
