About: I grew up with cats and dogs at home. I have never pet-sat for others before, but I can do the basics and I am willing to learn more. As a full-time college student, I am mostly available in the afternoons and on weekends. I can mostly provide walks and drop-ins during these times. Although I don't have much experience, I am willing to learn more about pet care. When caring for pets in my client's home, I will ensure that they are safe and comfortable. I will follow any specific instructions provided by the pet owner. I will also make sure to play with them and providing them with the attention they need.

About: Hi! I’m Mike! I live in Long Beach. I work in the city 2-3 days per week, but I choose which days I go in. So, I can be flexible for you! A little about my background: I was a volunteer dog walker at the Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter in Wantagh, NY for about 3 years in total before and after the pandemic. I would routinely walk strong dogs with a lot of energy and was involved in training them to walk better on leash. During the pandemic, while working from home full time, I became my neighbors dog walker for their Husky and 2 Chihuahuas to help them with my neighbors busy work schedule and because of course I’ll spend time with their dogs! I would walked them at least twice a day every day for almost 2 years. I don’t have a ton of experience taking care of cats, but I have friends and family that have cats. I’d be more than willing to help take care of your cats as well! I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I work in the city 2-3 days per week, but the days I choose for that can be any days of the week. So, I can be flexible for you. “Hi Everyone, Noodle here. My human is busy working, so I decided to write Nancy’s review this time. I had not seen Nancy for a few months and I was SOOOO happy when I saw it was her who would be staying with me for a few days! My first thought was SHE IS BACK!! We reconnected immediately. She is an amazing person who takes wonderful care of me. Most importantly she makes sure I am fed on time (top priority for me), she provides me daily spa treatments (brushes me just the way I like to be brushed), she plays with me (with new toys she brought and with some of my older favorites), she provides me with just a couple of treats before bedtime (I have to hunt for them like a scavenger hunt, but I usually find them), and sometimes we just leisurely hang out together while she works on her book. She is in communication every day with my human (which makes her very happy) sending photos and stories of my antics and she makes sure the house is clean and tidy (I like things in order). I am excited she will be coming back next week for a few days while my human travels for work again. I have a pretty good life and I am so blessed to have Nancy not only as a sitter, but as my friend. Until next time, I am signing off - I need a nap.”
