He played tug of war, hung out with them in the back yard, sent me tons of pictures and updated me multiple times a day so I didn't worry. He also watered my plants, brought in the mail, set out my trash and recycling, and left my house clean. Chris is a trustworthy and all around fabulous house and dog sitter!”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I love all animals and that's why I went vegan twenty years ago. I've volunteered with the ASPCA as well as worked at Biscuits & Bath. When friends go on vacation, they leave their dogs with me. I'm the program director for the Coalition for Healthy School Food and do some housing law on the side. My husband Dave works from home and also loves animals. Our eleven year old son Ethan will be your dog's best friend. I have a car and can travel to pick your pup up. We live a few short blocks from a dog run (at JJ Byrne) and a short car ride away from Prospect Park. Your dog will be safe, happy and thoroughly loved in our home. All sizes and ages welcome!

About: I grew up with cats and dogs at home. I have never pet-sat for others before, but I can do the basics and I am willing to learn more. As a full-time college student, I am mostly available in the afternoons and on weekends. I can mostly provide walks and drop-ins during these times. Although I don't have much experience, I am willing to learn more about pet care. When caring for pets in my client's home, I will ensure that they are safe and comfortable. I will follow any specific instructions provided by the pet owner. I will also make sure to play with them and providing them with the attention they need.

“Michael is the best trainer I have worked with by far. My puppy Hank absolutely loves the days that Michael comes to work with him. Michael is patient and truly cares about Hank’s progression. Hank’s behavior and listening has greatly improved from day 1 and gets better each time. A lot of trainers and books suggest training with treats. Michael was able to realize that my dog Hank is more incentivized by toys and what a difference it has made. Michael has the ability to train to your wants such as simple tasks like sit as well more complex scent training ! Me and Hank love with working with Michael. I would recommend starting to work with Michael if you have the chance. Could be the next dog whisperer.”
