“We needed a sitter to watch our dog, Bernie, during our wedding weekend. Bernie is reactive, doesn't trust many people, and has only stayed with a select few trusted people in the past (who were all at our wedding), but he LOVES Megan. She went out of her way to understand and accommodate his reactivity, and came a few times before the day to make sure he was comfortable. We got photos throughout her stay of all the play sessions, cuddles and walks Bernie enjoyed- which assured us he was not only well taken care of, but having a great time. Megan is also an all around great human. When our original wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene and we couldn't get in contact with anyone, Megan came to our house to make sure we didn't still need a sitter. I have a severe food allergy that requires we don't bring gluten in the house, and she was respectful and cognizant throughout her stay. If you need a sitter for your pet, I would 1000% recommend Megan. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“Levon is amazing! My boy Melvin is very skittish and inclined to be fearful of new men, but Levon put him at ease right away, and Melvin was licking his face and trying to climb on him within minutes of our first meeting! I’m blown away by how Levon immediately knew exactly how to handle and communicate with Melvin—my guy is definitely a tough case with major anxiety and leash reactivity (which means 62 lbs jerking at your arm when our passing-trigger protocol fails to keep him calm), and Levon is literally the one and only person I feel comfortable handing the leash to as of right now. I was finally able to take a three-day trip without Melvin over Thanksgiving because of Levon—I hadn’t been able to do that since adopting him because he’s such a handful and has some special needs—and I was actually able to enjoy myself without worrying about Melvin! For him it was just a great visit with his buddy who took him for awesome outings to walk and hike, and quality time at the house where he received lots of love and attention. Melvin and I are so grateful to have Levon as our go-to now for when I want to schedule trips, and also as someone who can bring him out on adventures for extra exercise and stimulation!”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs and 4 cats. All rescues, all crazy in their own ways. I've been pet sitting about half my life now. I've saved dogs from coyotes and have helped cats with asthma. I've walked Great Danes in the valleys of Los Angeles and walked cute chihuahuas in North Carolina. I've assisted with Wolfdog care and encountered mountain lions in California. I've been exposed to many 4 legged creatures and respect them all the same. I currently have a pitbull mastiff and she's the sweetest thing. Except when she sees a groundhog. She's about 80 lbs. I still pick her up all the time to get her onto my bed or just to hold for a second. I know doggy CPR and am a 1st responder. If your dog needs to burn energy or lose a few pounds im your person. I can train the basics and some tricks here and there. I'm pretty good with navigating activities for your dog and looking out for any signs of distress or sickness. I have a pretty open schedule and can be flexible as well. My dog will never be exposed to yours regardless of how friendly your dog may seem. My yard is open, so I always walk pets on a leash. In a client's home, I just abide by what the owner states. I don't go against wishes because it takes 1 time to make a mistake. In my own home I usually let dogs have free roam unless advised otherwise.

“It's easy 5 stars! Tylan arrived on time and was with our 9 month old puppy for a full day. It was our first time leaving him with someone other than family, so there was a short adjustment period for our dog, but Tylan handled it wonderfully by asking important questions about what we felt might be helpful and keep us posted with text messages and photo's throughout the day. It was so reassuring to see how quickly our dog warmed up and it was evident that bond and trust was growing very quickly! It was a pleasure having Ty and I will definitely be booking again soon. Wonderful experience all around!”

About: Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my description. I just wanted to tell you that animals have always been in my life since I was a very young girl and I have two of my own. I have a lab dog and a cat. So I totally understand wanting the best care and love for your pet while you’re away. I’m currently a stay at home mom/wife. I have to older school age children. I also have 2 pets of my own to take care of. I’m mostly looking for a hobby to keep me busy doing something I love. I have a cat and a dog of my own. They are both very animal friendly. I have a big yard of at least 1.5 acres. It is not fenced in, but I am happy to crate your dog if needed or put them on a leash.

About: I've had pets since I was a teenager. I currently have 2 dogs, 2 ferrets and 3 birds (2 cockatoos one quaker parrots). I've recently retired as a Project Manager from the Department of Veterans Affairs after 34 years. I just became retired and so I have plenty of time to hang out, play and entertain your pets. Almost all dogs and cats love me. As a project manager with the VA for the last 25 years I've been in a position of high public trust requiring that I have a background check every 5 years.
