“Vinny was great, he handled my hyperactive Barcchus with a smile. Vinny walked my dogs for two days while I was ill and both my dogs came back happy and tired. The second day, they both ran to the door when he arrived, excited to see their new friend. I highly recommend Vinny to take great care of your pups!!”

About: I've owned and cared for cats my entire life and began pet sitting for neighbors & friends ~10 years ago. I love all animals and truly adore being able to meet and bond with new pets as a part of my daily life. Something to note: I have experience medicating cats since my fur baby was a diabetic who required insulin injections daily for 5+ years of his life. I'm fairly new to Rover (~2 years active), hence my lack of reviews compared to other sitters, but I assure you that I do everything in my power to exceed all care expectations and treat your home with the utmost respect :) I work part time in Stony Brook, primarily on Wednesdays. My shifts are no longer than 6 hours typically. My schedule is very flexible and I am open to working with each pet owner to meet their care needs. My personal cats have always been indoor/outdoor because we never wanted to deprive them of the outside world. I understand why some pet owners only allow indoor animals and I completely respect that! My home has always treated its animals with as much care as you would a baby. Although I do not do take-home services, I will treat your home with an equal amount of respect and kindness as I do my own.
13. Arlene S.
“I highly recommend Arlene as a dog caretaker. Not only is she formally trained and certified, she has a true passion for dogs! Every dog mom or dog dad worries about how their dog will be taken care of when they have other obligations. Since I found Arlene, I am worry free! She's reliable, affordable, and passionate about pups. You can't beat that combination. I've been very pleased with her.”
14. Brianna S.
“Brianna is reliable, friendly and loves dogs! She will treat your dog with great care, love and respect. Our Coton de Tulear, Ricotta, adored her.”
15. Cadsuane J.
About: I've been raising and caring for cats and dogs since I was 9, trusted from a young age to sit for and walk neighbors' dogs. I'm a filmmaker and photographer who works for myself. My time is my time. I'm very flexible with my schedule and and accommodate most days/nights as needed. I have a spacious condo that is surrounded by walking trails and is a short drive to several beaches and county parks. I also have a balcony for pets who like to get outside but stay close to home.
16. Tricia L.
“Tricia is amazing! Besides my dog instantly loving her, she communicates well, is extremely thoughtful, and overall is very helpful and kind. I highly recommend her!!”
17. Gianna S.
“So happy to have a new, wonderful helper for my little man, Jax. I highly recommend Gianna, even though my five-star review means we will have to share her!”

About: All my life I have taken care of animals big and small. Special care or simple care they will be loved and safe with me. I work a hybrid job, from home Monday and Friday office tues-Thurs. all fur babies baby will love the attention and affection they will get. In my home they will have a safe room to sleep or stay in if they want quiet or they can mingle around the house. In your home I would follow your instructions as to where they are allowed to be. At my home our yard is only fenced on 3 sides while it is a large space they would be on a lead at all times.
