I will always have my own transportation in the case an emergency ever occurred, I have been trained in canine and feline CPR by my employer.

“Roger ROCKS! He took great care of our doggies while we were away, and truly cared to make sure they were comfortable and happy. We arranged for daily house-sitting while we were away, and couldn’t have been happier; Roger even swept up the house and deck, cleaned up the dog crates, and even did a bit of weeding — all of his own volition! It was great knowing the dogs were in good hands, and a big treat to come back to an even cleaner house. We’ll definitely be checking in with Roger next time we’ll be going away!”

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 6 years old, ranging in all different sizes. I find it imperative to treat all dogs as if they were my own. I’m currently a full-time fourth grade teacher who is looking for a part-time job during the week days, weekends and whenever I have a holiday break. Currently I am available for drop in visits or dog walking during the week anytime. I am also free for both of these services at anytime during certain weekends. I have a fenced backyard with two Labrador retriever. They are friendly and always makes me smile! I love taking them on walks, however they are still learning how to walk. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. I am often called on by my fiends to pet sit as I am known as the friend with a surplus of pets. I currently have a small dog named Munchie with many different health problems such as anxiety and epilepsy which gives me experience in caring for dogs with specific needs. I also currently have a large dog who is a Shepard, Boxer mix named Leo who gives me experience in caring for large dogs and their active and rambunctious needs. Along with my two dogs I have four cats who give me experience in the joy of caring for cats. As a pet owner I know the struggle of finding a good and trustworthy pet sitter. That is why I want to be able to be that pet sitter that will allow you to enjoy your vacation or go to work with the peace of mind knowing your pet is being taken care of. I am currently a student at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. Due to my class schedule I have blocks of time in which I am not in class or doing homework that I would love to be able to fill with hanging out with dogs:) Due to the fact that I am a college student I do not have the home environment to be able to care for your dog at my house. But I will give them the love and attention they need during my drop-in visits with lots of pets, playtime, walks and treats!

The more notice I receive, the better care I can give, HOWEVER, no matter the notice, all my love is always given as often as agreed upon. I can watch your dogs in your home only as we are currently in a smaller home with animals of our own that need their space. I will spend as little or as much time with your babies as requested.

About: I've been around all different types of dog breeds since a very young age. My family dog has always been a Great Dane (we are on our fifth). I currently walk my great danes which has provided me experience with big dogs. In addition, I've volunteered at my local animal shelter for the past 4 years and assist in fostering and walking dogs. I also have some experience with cats, and absolutely love them. I currently am a student in my last semester of school. Since, it is my last semester my schedule is a lot lighter and more flexible!
