About: I’ve been a pet and animal owner my entire life. We have 3 young kids who love to play and one energetic 4 year old dog who also loves to play, so your pet would get a lot of play time at this house! I have lots of availability this summer, so reach out to me for specifics. Once fall hits and I’m back at school, I’ll be available for weekends. We have one friendly dog to keep yours company. Our yard is not fenced in, but we take frequent walks throughout the day. Our dog sleeps upstairs in the bedroom with us, but we do have a crate available if needed.
“Courtney is an absolutely wonderful, trustworthy, caring cat-sitter. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her and to continue working with her as my periodic sitter. She has a lovely presence and a calming energy that my cats absolutely gravitate to--she immediately gained their trust and mine. Courtney is responsive and communicative, which really sets me at ease--especially when I've needed to take longer trips away from my two cats. I cannot recommend her more highly!”

“We’ve been using shannon consistently for the last month and she has been wonderful. We have an anxious big 70lb girl and she absolutely adores her!!! Highly recommend using shannon for your babies!”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life, from farm animals to beloved pets. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs after caring for my Pomeranian, Coco, in her old age.🪽I’m calm, patient, reliable, and experienced with all personalities, routines, and medication needs. I treat every pet like family and every home with respect. I’m a full-time student online, so I have plenty of time to spend with pets. I’m active and love getting dogs outside for walks and hikes, and I also make sure they get enrichment through play, structure, and mental stimulation. I practice a lot of this with my own dog, Brownie. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages. I’ve cared for my own dog, Brownie, from her puppy days and know how important patience, guidance, and consistent routines are. I follow the routines you’ve set for feeding, walks, playtime, and enrichment, and make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved in their own home. I treat your home with respect, keep things tidy, and pay attention to the little things that make pets feel relaxed and happy while your away.

About: I have a ten year old chihuahua I adore. Growing up, I’ve always had cats and dogs in the home so taking on the responsibility of pet duty’s comes naturally. I feed my dog twice a day with some treats in between. On an extended leash, my dog, Chassé runs out in the open front yard. On a nice day we will go on a hike or a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. I keep my home pet safe. Keeping all snacks off the ground and anything they might get into. I check the garden and yard for plant/mushroom that might be toxic to the pet. And of course, if anything goes wrong, I call the vet.
“We love continuing to book Bella. She is so accommodating, responsible, and trustworthy. We could not be more comfortable with any other sitter in our home and looking after our cat. She is so gentle and patient with our scaredy cat. He has really grown to love her and come out of his shell with her. Thank you so much Bella! Ru looks forward to seeing you soon!”

“What a wonderful cat sitter. Alexandra is an excellent pet sitter. We have a timid cat, yet she was able to sit on our couch and pett her. She was responsible for giving our cat pills for asthma and never missed the correct days. Our cat Mocha loved Alexandra taking care of her!! Can't say enough!!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was born with my first Golden Retriever “Missy”. My family has had a wide variety of animals from dogs and cats, to hamsters and bunnies, all the way to horses. Along with my two dogs I have four cats who give me experience in the joy of caring for cats. As a pet owner I know the struggle of finding a good and trustworthy pet sitter. That is why I want to be able to be that pet sitter that will allow you to enjoy your vacation or go to work with the peace of mind knowing your pet is being taken care of. I am currently a student at Marist College in Poughkeepsie. Due to my class schedule I have blocks of time in which I am not in class or doing homework that I would love to be able to fill with hanging out with dogs:) Due to the fact that I am a college student I do not have the home environment to be able to care for your dog at my house. But I will give them the love and attention they need during my drop-in visits with lots of pets, playtime, walks and treats!

A picture is worth a thousand words! The photos Ly-Linh sent showed my dogs being their goofy selves. My senior dog who tends to be shy made a friend. Ly-Linh made sure he received all his meds, inhaler included. Ly-Linh was professional, communicated promptly and regularly, and loving! ❤️ We could enjoy our trip without worry!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
