About: I've been taking care of pets since I was a kid, having grown up with two dogs and being part of their care from puppyhood through old age. I've looked after both dogs and cats for neighbors and families to whom I've provided childcare, and for the past year, I’ve regularly walked dogs housed at a county animal shelter. This has been such a rewarding activity and has increased my comfort in interacting with animals with a variety of temperaments. I'm an active person, so I’d love to get outdoors and moving as long as your pup is up for it! If necessary, I can bathe your pet and administer oral medications; if instructed may also be comfortable with injectables. I’m so excited to meet a new furry friend! I’m a medical student looking to establish some house/pet sitting relationships while I attend school. My daytime availability during the week is therefore limited, but I’m happy to provide evening care for your pet or stay overnight in your home. On weekends, I have more flexible availability for drop in visits and/or daytime walking. I will be pet sitting in your home and want to fit into your pet's daily life as seamlessly as possible, so I'm happy to do whatever makes them happy! I'm an active person so whether your pet is high or low energy, I can cater to their needs.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 6 years old, ranging in all different sizes. I find it imperative to treat all dogs as if they were my own. I’m currently a full-time fourth grade teacher who is looking for a part-time job during the week days, weekends and whenever I have a holiday break. Currently I am available for drop in visits or dog walking during the week anytime. I am also free for both of these services at anytime during certain weekends. I have a fenced backyard with two Labrador retriever. They are friendly and always makes me smile! I love taking them on walks, however they are still learning how to walk. So I am very patient and understanding!

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, but started caring for them on my own since I was 10 years old. As I got older, I was around cats more and more, and now I have a great love for both pets!! My experience includes walks, potty breaks, playtime, overnighting with pets, senior care, and caring for high energy dogs. I often work on the weekends and Wednesday nights, but like to stay busy during the week. Staying busy mostly means being active and running errands. Pet care is a perfect opportunity for me to fill in the gaps! I will visit the pets as much as needed, feed them when advised to, pet them and play with them, and take them on nice, relaxing walks.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs, including my previous dog, an 80-pound Golden Retriever. She could be reactive toward other dogs while on leash, so I became very comfortable handling strong dogs, staying calm in challenging situations, and maintaining control even when she was pulling. In addition to caring for my previous dog, I have regularly looked after neighbors’ and friends’ dogs by walking, feeding, and ensuring they were well cared for while their owners were away. In my personal life I love going on long runs up to 6 miles so if you have a higher energy dog that would like to join me I would love to take them with me! I am currently a university student, and I have off of school until the spring semester begins in February. I am free most weekends, and weekdays Monday-Friday. I am comfortable your dog or dogs in any environment. I have taken care of dogs that used special harness’ or prong collars so I know how to work those if needed. I love to run and hike so I can also bring your dog along if they are extra energetic!

About: I've grown up around animals my whole life, including huskies, and I spent most of my life horseback riding. I currently have a young husky named Mako, so I have daily experience with exercise, training, grooming, and keeping dogs on a consistent routine. Mako and I are home from Berklee College of Music for the summer, so we’ve been spending lots of time outside! We regularly go hiking and swimming, and at home he has access to several acres of land where he can safely explore on a supervised 100-foot lead, well away from the road. I do most of Mako's grooming myself, including bathing and brushing to prevent matting, and I'm happy to do the same for dogs in my care if requested. I have experience with reactive and aggressive dogs and can safely separate dogs if needed without making them feel left out. Mako is very friendly and loves meeting new dogs, but I pay close attention to make sure he’s not overwhelming anyone with his puppy energy. I keep a consistent schedule and will treat your dog like one of my own. There's also a vet right around the corner in case of an emergency, giving you extra peace of mind while your pet is in my care. Im back home from college right now and can give 24/7 care. I am a musician but I don't have the sleep schedule of one! Mako and I wake up at 9am and sleep by 12 at the latest. Feeding times are consistent and we spend more of the day outdoors than in. I love to write and practice outside so I will hangout on the porch or in the yard even if I'm home for the day. Mako lets me know if he needs a AC break, but he also has his favorite shady trees and kitty pool to hangout at. At my mom's farm house we have many acres of yard off of a low traffic street. It is not fenced in so I have a 100ft lead tied in the center that I clip Mako to. My mom left a patch of the yard un-mowed so the wildflowers would grow, and Mako loves to explore in the tall grass. I tick check him regularly but haven't found anything yet. I always keep him in my line of sight when I let him out on the lead. The house has lots of space and it's easy to seperate dogs if needed. I also have a large crate that Mako used to use. I uphold some basic training manners such as no table scraps, calmly walking out the front door next to or behind me, no chewing everything, etc. Im happy to take requests if there's training manners you don't want your dog to get rusty on while away. Im not certified but I know how to perform CPR and first aid on dogs. There is a vet clinic right around the corner and I can get them there within minutes incase of emergency.

About: I have a ten year old chihuahua I adore. Growing up, I’ve always had cats and dogs in the home so taking on the responsibility of pet duty’s comes naturally. I feed my dog twice a day with some treats in between. On an extended leash, my dog, Chassé runs out in the open front yard. On a nice day we will go on a hike or a leisurely walk in the neighborhood. I keep my home pet safe. Keeping all snacks off the ground and anything they might get into. I check the garden and yard for plant/mushroom that might be toxic to the pet. And of course, if anything goes wrong, I call the vet.

My cat went straight to V from the first visit, where as with most people and previous sitters he will ovoid and hide even people who have been to the house many times. On one occasion Victoria had to go the emergency room with her child and I could not believe that after being there for hours - she and her family came to our home around midnight to feed and play with our cat. I am confident that I can provide quality care for your furry babies, and make sure they are comfortable and happy! I have a keen eye for observing their behaviors/tendencies, so this will be important if they seem to be in pain or discomfort. I only want the best for your pet since I understand the importance of their companionship. I am currently traveling, so looking for some gig work while I’m on the East Coast, but usually I’m living in Hawaii and am self-employed, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I make sure to be patient with each animal and let them come to me. I won’t force them to be social, and will be aware of their behaviors to ensure safety and trust is built between us. Also being mindful of their interactions with other dogs or humans if they have any issues with them.
